It has a large living and dining area. The apartment is newly renovated with new modern bathrooms. Cobbled streets, immaculate gardens and Georgian style houses make up the Old Village. A supermarket, 3 restaurants and 2 cafe bars are situated within the village. With a 15 minute walk to the beach and marina this apartment is ideally situated within Vilamoura. The Old Village is suited to couples, families and golfers. This apartment is fully air conditioned.

Changeover day
Preferably this should be a Saturday, but we are flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on departure day and entry is not before 4pm on arrival.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, a DVD and CD/radio player. Comfortable sofas and dining area to seat 6 people. 2 double doors leading onto secluded terrace area. Log burning fireplace for the winter months. |
| Other: | The large roof terrace provides a barbecue with sunbathing and seating areas and offers lovely views over to the old village and Pinhal golf course. Both the twin bedrooms also lead onto another large patio area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen for indoor use only are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The apartment has a towel and bed linen change once a week which is included in the price. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for couples, families and golfers. Retractable safety stair gates have been installed inside the apartment for families with younger children.
Cots and highchairs can be hired from our management company in advance of your stay. Cots including linen are 28 euros per week.
Accessibility
The property is accessed by external stairs.
Outside
The Old Village has 3 swimming pools. The main pool has a large shallow end for children. Please note that there is a small charge for the hire of sunbeds around the pool areas. Within the village there is a supermarket open 7 days a week, 2 cafe bars, 3 restaurants and a playground for children.
Coast/Beach
The 2 main sandy beaches in Vilamoura are a 15/20 minute walk - Falesia and Marina beach. The marina in Vilamoura has plenty of good restaurants for all tastes, cafes, bars and shops.
Golf
This apartment is centrally located for all 6 of the golf courses around Vilamoura namely Pinhal, The Old Course, Millennium, Victoria, Laguna and Villa Sol.
Travel
The Old Village is a 25 minute drive from Faro airport, by taxi this can cost approximately 25/30 euros or there are plenty of car hire companies. Our management company can arrange both of these options for you.
Distances
Vilamoura Marina is about a 20/25 walk from the apartment. Quarteria is about 3km from the Old Village and has a market every Wednesday, Loule is about a 20 min drive and also has a weekly market.
Further details
The Algarve Shopping Center in Guia is approximately 30 mins by car which has some high street shops names and also a retail park. There is also a large water park about a 10 min drive away for children. The marina is full of nice restaurants and places to drink and it also has a casino.
Booking notes
To secure your booking we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. The final balance is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon booking we also require a £100 refundable breakages deposit, this will be returned once the property has been inspected after your stay.
