Changeover day
Normally Sunday to Sunday or by negotiation. Villa available from 14:00 on day of arrival; day of departure vacate at 10:00. Later vacations may be arranged by advanced request.

Casa das Flores (4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8)

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds. Travel cot available. 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower, sink and toilet. 1 bathroom with bath shower, sink, toilet. Kitchen with marble surfaces, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room: tastefully decorated and furnished, with leather sofas and satellite TV. Large sliding doors lead out to the patios, gardens and BBQ area.

Jardim das Margaridas (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

Compact cottage with air conditioning, sleeps 2. Large walled garden, quiet and private. Kitchen with microwave, 2 cooking rings, fridge and freezer, GB TV Freeview, separate laundry, car parking.

Notes on accommodation
Towels and all linen included. 2 weeks stay, property cleaned and bedding changed once and towels changed 3 times.
Owners live in a completely separate house on the same land as Casa das Flores.

Accessibility
All 3 en-suite bedrooms are ground level; sliding patio doors to enter the lounge area.

Outside
Outside there is a curvaceous swimming pool with child proof gates, sun loungers and a beautiful shaded area with large table which seats 14. In the large gardens there are quiet sitting areas and patio with BBQ and dining tables.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to the islands of Farol and Armona. Most beaches within 15/20 minutes drive - Faro island, Fuzeta, Tavira, etc.

Golf
Approximately 30 minutes to Vilamoura’s Old Course, Victoria, Millennium, Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, San Lorenzo, Benamor, Quinta da Ria, etc.

Travel
Faro airport is approximately 5 miles. Guests can be met at Faro airport and guided to Casa das Flores.
Casa das Flores is not on the regular flight path i.e. normally no aircraft noise.

Distances
Pechao is the local village ½ mile, good walking distance. Olhao, a fishing city, is approximately 2 miles away and Faro city 3 miles. Albufeira, Vale do Lobo approximately 30-40 minutes drive.

Further details
Local village, with restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a chemist, a bank and a few shops.
Olhao city has many shops, restaurants and cafes, fresh fish and vegetable market, and ferry over to the islands of Armona and Farol.
