Situated on 1st floor, accessed by spiral staircase.
Outside
Set in communal gardens. Season ticket held for the Cerro Grande Pool and Bar - maximum of 10 minutes walk away. If, for any reason access to the Cerro Grande Pool and Bar is not available we will try to make alternative arrangements for our guests, but we cannot guarantee the use of a pool.
Coast/Beach
Old town (with bars and restaurants), main sandy beach, new marina complex all within 10 minutes walk.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses near to Albufeira. Own transport is recommended.
Travel
30-40 mins easy drive from Faro airport. Ample free parking near the apartment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We had been holidaying in Albufeira pretty much every year since 1993, staying in Cerro Grande area. It's an ideal location for the old town, beach and pool and further afield such as Gale and the Algarve Shopping with own transport. Weather is usually glorious and locals are friendly especially to families with children.
Unique benefits of the property
This is an unusually large apartment - some 50% more floor space than most purpose built 2 bed holiday apartments. Groups of 8 (mix of adults and children) can be comfortably accommodate without the feeling of being on top of each other all the time. Perfect location for the quieter side of Albufeira - this is not near Montechoro and "the Strip" but you can get there easily by taxi.
