Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Please e-mail with occupancy and dates. Please contact for longer/shorter lets. 25% deposit required within 1 week of booking. Final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. 50 euro reduction for all bookings taken in May/June 2008.
Changeover day
We try to be flexible with all our guests on arrival and departure. Usual arrival time is 4.00 p.m and departure time being 10.00 a.m. We will know nearer the time and will e-mail to confirm the details. We will be at the villa to meet you.

Accessibility
The ground floor of the villa is suitable for wheelchair access. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.
Outside
The 10m x 5m swimming pool is shared with the other houses within the condominium, the area is fenced for safety. Car parking space is provided. The townhouse has a first floor balcony to the front with sunbeds and a private terrace at the rear with BBQ and seating for 6 for alfresco dining in the wonderful barmy evenings of Manta Rota.
Coast/Beach
Manta Rota is a very pretty traditional seaside village. It is located on miles of golden sand, a blue flag beach. With beach bars, restaurants, cafes. It is a 5 minute stroll from the villa approx 700 metres. Stunning vista and not as populated as the nearby Monte Gordo resort beach. You will be relaxed, tanned and will have enjoyed excellent fresh food.
Golf
5 minutes car drive away are Benamor golf course, Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria. Beautifully maintained golf courses, par 72, around 5,500 - 6110 m, 18 hole well situated with coastal views. Monte Rei now opened tipped to be the best course in Europe within 2 years only 5 minutes away. Castro Marim 10 minutes drive Quinta Do Lago/Vilamoura 40 minutes drive. Discount green fees available.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro 40 kilometres and 35 minutes. Car hire is not essential but recommended to see all this region has to offer.
Distances
Manta Rota is nestled in between the beautiful town of Tavira to the west with its cobbled streets, churches, shops, bars and restaurants. With Monte Gordo the main resort area of the Eastern Algarve with all the usual activities and including a casino. Golf is in abundance around this area. Visit the local village of Cacela Vehla and Fabrica which have views to rival the Bahamas. Spain and Ayamonte are 20 kilometres away, over the beautiful Guardiana river.
Further details
Manta Rota has a stunning blue flag beach. It is pretty village which comes alive in summer with beach restaurants, markets, bars, internet cafe and ATM machine. the supermarket is 2 minutes from the villa and all amenities are within 5 minutes walking. There is an excellent restaurant a 5 minute drive away which is highly recommended. Plenty to do or not, just relax and enjoy the location and beach.
