Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms and the living/dining room are fully air conditioned. The sofa bed is suitable for at least two adults or for children.
Cot/highchair can be ordered on request.
All windows and door shutters are electronically controlled for comfort and security.
Accessibility
There is lift access to the apartment floor. There is access from the underground car park directly to the apartment block.
Outside
There are well landscaped gardens and lawns. Near the complex there are 2 pools, 1 adult and 1 kid’s pool for residents use located near the Corcovada Club snack bar/restaurant, together with mini golf and a dedicated children's playground. There are two balconies which allows you to enjoy long hours of sunshine from morning to evening. An outdoor patio table and seating for 8 are provided.
Coast/Beach
Albufeira has a host of white sandy beaches and coves. Praia da Santa eulalia is a 15 minute walk (1km) away. Praia da Oura is a similar distance from the complex. There are 23 beaches in the locality which can be easily reached by car.
Golf
The Algarve has been a magnet to many discerning golfers for almost 3 decades due to its mild climate from Autumn to late spring. The region offers over 29 beautiful golf courses most of which are located within 1 hour of Faro, with many renowned golf courses established located in Albuferia. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes of Parque da Corcovada. These are Salgados, the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf course and the 9 hole Balaia course.

Suitable for many types of holiday interests, including, fishing, golf, horse riding, tennis, water parks, water sports, sailing, mountain biking, diving, swimming, walking, surfing, waterskiing and wind surfing. The Algarve is also famous for its kite surfing.
Travel
Fly direct to Faro from Dublin, Cork with Aerlingus or Ryanair (and with Ryanair from Shannon). Other low cost airlines such as easy jet, XL.com and BMI offer flights to Faro from the UK or Ireland.
Car hire and taxis available. The apartment is located 35km from Faro airport. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Distances
2 min walk to many restaurants and bars and located 4 minutes walk from the new town Albufeira 'Strip'. 1km to nearest beach (Santa Eulalia). 1km to main golf course. 2km Albufeira Marina. Within a short distance of many more beaches. The lovely coastal town and beach of Lagos is 45km away while Vilamoura, with its world class golf courses is within a 10 min driving distance. Lisbon is 256km. Portimao is 35km. Alvor is 35km.
Further details
There are numerous activities close to Parque da Corcovada. Aqualand with its many water slides and pools is the largest water park in the Algarve. Zoomarine's dolphins, exhibitions and shows are very entertaining and not to be missed. Other attractions in the area include Almancil Karting, Slide and Splash, Krazy World animal park and Lagos Zoo.
Booking notes
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required when booking and balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 breakage deposit required (refundable within 2 weeks). Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
The apartment will be available from 3pm on day of arrival.
On day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11am. (These times can be reviewed when booking, subject to request and availability).
