30% payable at time of booking by direct transfer to bank account. Balance to be paid in full, 6 weeks prior renting of property. A 150 Euros security deposit is also required, to be paid on the arrival day. It will be refundable after safe return of keys.

About the owner
Hi there! My name is Pedro and I come from Portugal. I am 35 years old and used to live in Faro. In 2001, a few years after I have graduated in Computer Engineering at the Universidade do Algarve, I moved to Maastricht, in Holland, where I work as an Air Traffic Controller, at the Maastricht Eurocontrol Centre. I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 6.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When we have decided to buy a Holiday house in Portugal, we did not think twice about choosing the location. Vilamoura has it all! Beautiful on its own, is situated 25 km west of Faro International Airport, hosts the popular and lively Marina and has one of the best beaches in all the Algarve. The main avenues and public spaces are well taken care and recently a network of bicycle paths has been implemented, making this charming village very eco-friendly orientated.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is located in a very peaceful and quiet location. It is next to the Millennium/Laguna golf courses and 5' away by car from the Marina and beaches. The Miragolf Village complex has 16 houses only, creating a very friendly and familiar atmosphere. Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, directly in front of the green area and main Swimming Pool, which is very convenient, especially if you have children to look at!!
