Casa Jardim is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa set in the residential and exclusive area of Vale do Milho golf course. The whole villa is surrounded by private gardens adding to your own privacy and seclusion. Upon entering the villa you come through to the dining area and separate lower lounge. Patio doors lead off to a side terrace area with brick built BBQ, table and chairs. Steps lead up to the roof terrace with fantastic view of the countryside and Atlantic Ocean. The large terrace area is shaded by roller blind, which over looks the pool. This is 12x6m with roman steps and a separate outside shower. The terrace continues round the property to a larger brick built BBQ. Vale do Milho Golf Club & Clubhouse is less than a 5 minute walk. Rocha Brava with its restaurants and bars is 10 min walk. Carvoeiro town and beach is 20 minute walk. Centianes beach is 500m away from the villa.

Coast/Beach
There are a few beaches just short drive away from the villa. Sheltered by high cliffs Beach Praia dos Centianes with the restaurant O’Stop is only 500m from the villa. Two Carvoeiro beaches Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia do Paraiso are 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Famous beaches Praia da Marinha and Praia do Benagil are short drive away from the villa.
Golf
Vale do Milho Golf Club and Clubhouse is less than a 5 min walk. Pinta and Gramacho golf courses are 10 min drive. Tennis club of Praia da Rocha is available at small fee.
Distances
Faro airport is 65km away. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged on request. We supply directions to the villa and meet you at the villa on your arrival.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. On arrival a refundable security deposit of 200 euros will be charged against breakages. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred.
