A free shuttle bus runs 4 times daily to the old town making it unnecessary for a car rental and an on-site English restaurant situated by one of the pools, makes for pleasant and relaxing dining. The friendly and multilingual reception office is open 24 hours daily, providing help and assistance to guests as well as being a centre to arrange day excursions to the nearby places of interest, and arranging discounted golf fees for the local golf clubs

Coast/Beach
Twenty minutes walk from Albufeira town centre and beach. A free courtesy bus is provided to the town centre so car hire is not necessary. The long sandy beach of Gale is a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Thirty minute drive from Faro airport. The owner can arrange a taxi if required. Car hire not necessary as the site provides courtesy buses to the town.
Distances
5 minutes drive from Ferreiras, where there are a variety of shops, cafes and a supermarket. 10 minutes drive to the Algarve Shopping Centre, which is a high quality shopping centre which includes a very large hypermarket and many smaller speciality shops.
Further details
A short drive away there are a selection of water parks and the popular zoo marine. The lively nightlife of Albufeira and the strip at Montechuro are close by. 5 minutes away from the new marina at Albufeira. The resort of Armacao de Pera is 15 minutes away and the ancient town of Silves 20 minutes away.
For the more energetic visitor, the Algarve offers all kinds of sports and activities. Five of Europe's finest championship golf courses lie within a short drive of the resort. Try your luck big game fishing, water skiing or wind surfing. On land, tennis and horse riding facilities are nearby.
