Situated in the hills above the market town of Loule, in the Algarve, this well built and maintained, south facing villa commands views over the town and surrounding countryside to the sea. Although only approximately 5 mins drive from the centre of Loule town the villa has no immediate neighbours, is not part of a complex and is reached via an unmade track, passable by normal hire cars. You will need a car. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suites, making it an ideal retreat for couples holidaying together (no fighting over the double room). The villa has been used as a full time home, so it has heating is comfortable and has plenty of space for things like golf clubs. Managers are on hand to help you with anything that should need attention during your stay. They will welcome you at the villa and show you around. The villa is not suitable for young children, as the pool is not fenced and there are a number of levels in the garden area which are a hazard.

Changeover day is Thursday. The villa is available from 16:00 and we ask that guests leave by 10:00.

The bedrooms are at the rear of the house avoiding direct sunlight and therefore remaining cooler.

Master bedroom en suite, walk-in shower, bidet, corner bath, vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 en-suite, large walk-in shower, bidet, vanity unit.
Kitchen: Full size kitchen, with granite surfaces. hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge and dining room. TV with UK Freeview channels and Portuguese channels. DVD player.
Dining table for 6. Large leather sofas and side tables. Wood burning fire.

linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. Please use your own towels for the beach.

 

Notes on accommodation
The pool is solar heated making the season for pool use that bit longer.
We do not make extra charges for the use of the Jacuzzi heating, use of A/C or house heating.

Accessibility
1 bedroom is on the ground floor next to the family bathroom. The villa can be accessed from the car port without the use of stairs. The outside area can be reached without stairs but there are 4 steps down to pool level. There is one step down into the lounge area. We do not have any grab rails in the bathrooms.

Faro airport is 20 minutes drive.

The nearest town is Loule which has a large number of restaurants (list at villa) and many shops.

Residence at the villa is at your own risk.
All utilities, except telephone, are included in the charge.
You will need to hire a car.
We are happy to allow pets.
The villa is not suitable for children under 10 as the pool is not fenced and there are a number of levels in the garden.
Smoking in or around the villa is not allowed.
