Notes on accommodation
We would prefer non-smokers, but in the event that you are a smoker we would politely ask that you smoke out on the patio or balcony. Bedroom 2 has a key safe should you choose to use it.

Accessibility
Private electronic entrance gate with entry phone. Car port to front of property and underground parking space .The property is on two floors which would not be suitable for any person with mobility problems

Outside
Large double glazed patio doors from the lounge take you into our small enclosed private lawned garden with patio. Table and four chairs BBQ retractable awning. Each bedroom has its own balcony and table and chairs are provided for both. Large shared fully tiled swimming pool for sole use of residents with shallow end (20x10m) cold shower and sun loungers. Gate to pool area.

Coast/Beach
There are many beauitful beaches along the Algarve coast; Gale being the closest (5 mins drive), which leads onto Salgados beach and nature reserve. All local beaches have sunbeds for hire and beach restaurants.

Golf
Excellent links golf course Salgados 5 minutes drive from our property great resturant and bar. There are many golf courses in the surrounding areas to suit all abilities.

Travel
The house is located 30 minutes drive west of Faro airport. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy your stay.

Distances
Vale de Parra has several restaurants and bars, supermarket open to 11pm. Guia 2km famous for its chicken Piri Piri has many restaurants and bars. The new Albufeira marina is 3km away and is a great place to people watch, very buzzy in the summer months with many sea cruises leaving from the marina details can be found at the house. Algarve Shopping centre (similar to blue water) has multi-plex cinema with English films, ten pin bowling and extensive food court.

The Algarve famous for its golf and beaches, also has a lot to offer for a family holiday Zoo Marine where you can swim with the dolphins for a great day out, is 15 mins drive, there are several water parks, Sand sculptures amazing!! Sir Cliff Richards Vine yard is also in Guia tours can be arranged. Please contact owner for website address should you require further details. A trip to Vilamoura Marina is well worth a visit, (if you go to the Casino take passports.) with Go-Karting at nearby Alamancil. If you like to explore, the historic town of Silves with its Moorish Castle and the Monchique Mountains are within 30 min and 45 min respectively or you can drive to Spain Seville is 2 hours by car.

We require a 40% non refundable deposit to secure booking, the balance to be paid six weeks before departure. Payments to be made by cheque payable to Mrs J C Smith.
