Prices are for the property per week in euros and UK Pounds.
As exchange rates will vary please specify the currency when making the reservation. The rates quoted are per week. Pro rata for shorter periods subject to minimum rental of 300 euros or £220 sterling. Offers will be considered for 'last minute' bookings.

Changeover day
Changeover dates are completely flexible and are agreed at the time of booking. Departure time is usually 11.00 am but we will agree a later time if it is requested at the time of making the booking and if it can be fitted in with other reservations.

Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms each have twin beds.
The master bedroom has a private balcony, dressing room, en suite bathroom and safety deposit box.
The others have built-in large wardrobes with full length mirrors.
All are air conditioned with electric shutters.
Bathrooms: The en suite bathroom has a double power shower, wc, basin and vanity unit.
The other bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and shower, bidet, basin and vanity unit.
Kitchen: The kitchen is completely separate from the living area and is fully equipped (see below). Direct access to apartment level large balcony, both from kitchen and separate living area, equipped with gas fired barbecue for trouble free outdoor dining.
Living Rooms: The air conditioned living room is accessed through double doors from the hall, it very large and on the windows side is furnished with leather sofas, coffee tables, satellite TV/DVD/music centre; on the hall side with dining room suite for 6 people
Other: Vast private roof terrace accessed from the apartment via internal staircase, with shaded and sunbathing areas and shower, equipped with 6 sunbeds. Not overlooked by adjoining properties.
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and lined included. Linen changed weekly, towels twice weekly. Apartment cleaned twice weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment interior is 138 square metres (about 1500 square feet) and the furniture is of a very high standard. the living area has two sections, one with quality dining room furniture and the other with leather upholstered lounge furniture, large screen TV etc. The three bedrooms are full double size and are completely separated from the living area. The apartment is fully air conditioned with a temperature controlled reversible system that provides cold air in hot weather and warm air in cold weather.
The roof terrace covers over half of the apartment and is accessed from within the apartment via a spiral staircase. It and the other balconies cover 114 Square metres - over 1200 square feet.
We regret that the apartment is not equipped for young children.
Fully enclosed secure basement car park. 2 spaces reserved for the apartment. Complex has gym, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room.

Accessibility
The apartment is fully accessible for persons with mobility problems, apart from the roof terrace. There are two lifts as well as stairs.

Outside
The apartment level balcony is equipped with a gas fired barbecue of restaurant specification, a dining table and 6 chairs, which does not crowd the balcony. The main bedroom has its own balcony. There are views of the town, surrounding countryside and glimpses of the ocean. The complex has a fully equipped gymnasium with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath for the use of the residents.

Coast/Beach
The main beach in Lagos is about 15 minutes walking distance, it is a blue flag beach and the largest in the Algarve, and also has extensive car parking. There are many other beaches within a short driving distance. Close by is some of the best surfing coastline in Europe.

Golf
2 golf courses adjoin Lagos town, and there are 25 more – and counting – in the Algarve region within short and reasonable driving distance.
Nearby is Palmares golf course. This is a 18 hole, par 71 course, 5961m long. Must be played to appreciate the spectacular views of both sea and mountains. The 1st hole probably being the most striking on the Algarve with its high tee position pointing out to sea. Closer still is Boavista Golf course. Just opened in the last 3 years. 18 hole par 71, 5751m long.

Travel
Staying in Lagos does not require a car. Car hire is available at FARO airport on a collection and drop off basis from a wide selection of companies bookable over the internet. The driving time to Lagos is about 50 minutes and the apartment is very easy to find. We will give you full directions before you travel, together with phone contact details for our local English speaking agent, who will meet you on your arrival at the apartment.

Distances
The apartment is in the newer part of Lagos town close to the marina and about 5 minutes walk from the seafront, 7 minutes from the historic Old Town. Dozens of restaurants and interesting shops are on the sea front, in the Old Town. and in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The main beach, the largest in the Algarve, is about 15 minutes walking distance and also has extensive car parking.

Further details
The apartment is beside supermarkets, local shops and restaurants and a bank with an ATM machine taking the main debit and credit cards.

Booking notes
Please make initial contact by email. Booking will be made provisionally and confirmed on payment of a deposit of 200 euros and completion of the booking form which will be emailled to you; balance must be paid 4 weeks before the reservation date, or when making the reservation if later. A security deposit of 300 euros is also required, which will be refunded. Sterling rates are also available - you choose which currency at time of booking.
