Sloping gardens from the rear terrace with dedicated bbq area, leads down to lower private pool approx 9 m x 5 m with a max depth of 2 m, roman steps at one end. Leisure area for sun beds. Grassy banks and flower beds. Orchard beyond.

Coast/Beach
Walk down to the beach from the property at Salgado which can be seen from the property itself, would take approx 10 minutes. Drive to local São Martinho do Porto beach 10 minutes heading south and Nazaré heading north.

Golf
Praia del Rey approx 30 mins drive on the northern side of the Obidos Lagoon where other new courses are being built. Golden Eagle (Quinta do Brinçal) at Rio Maior approx 30 mins drive back towards Lisbon. Very easy to find. Lots of courses around Lisbon itself and more details can be provided upon application. Smaller courses around Lourinhã towards Peniche.

Travel
Car essential to Lisbon airport approx 60 minutes easy drive on motorway. Porto 3 hrs drive and Faro 4 hrs drive plus cost of tolls.

Distances
Various small villages with very local facilities within 5 minutes drive for the chemist, bakery, coffee shops, small restaurants. São Martinho do Porto just 5 minutes drive along the charming coast road with its daily fresh fruit and veg market, range of individual clothing shops, shoe shops, hotel, fish restaurants, grocery shops, bank and post office etc. Larger supermarkets in Caldas da Rainha or Nazaré approx 15 minutes drive either north or south.
