This traditionally built Portuguese villa is the ideal location for a holiday, be it a relaxing break or a golfing trip. The property is situated in Pinheiros Altos, an exclusive development within the Quinta do Lago Estate, a 20 minute drive from Faro Airport. The private pool and surrounding patio area are the perfect place to unwind and take in the peace and quiet of the surroundings, the only interruption being the swish of golf clubs from a nearby tee. The manicured garden leads down to the 1st fairway of this par 72 championship course, a favourite for pre-season professionals. Guests staying at villa have the chance to play the course for a discounted rate. For non golfers, or for non-golf days, there is a sandy beach and good restuarants in nearby Vale do Lobo. Similarly, the 18,300 hectare Ria Formasa Nature Park is only short drive away and well worth a visit. Both can be easily reached.

Coast/Beach
The area allows visitors to be as active as they want with horse riding and water sports like windsurfing on offer. For a more relaxing time, a 10 minute drive will take guests to the 18300 hectare Ria Formasa Nature Park. The sandy beach here is well worth a visit.
Golf
Perfect location for golf lovers. The villa's garden leads down to 1st fairway and a 2 minute walk brings guests to Pinheiros Altos Clubhouse and 1st tee. There is a discounted greeen fee for guests staying at the villa. The region also boasts other championship courses very close by at San Lorenzo, Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo. Vilamoura is only a 20 minute drive away.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport about 20 minutes drive from the Villa. Many airlines fly into Faro from most major cities. Journey time form the UK is approx 2.5/3hours.
Further details
There are restaurants, cafes and shops at the nearby Quinta shopping a 5 minute drive from the villa. There is an ATM, a chemist and a newsagent here and you can also find top brand names as well as more traditional Portuguese handicrafts. Opposite this is Bougainvillia Plaza which houses a small supermarket, well equipped with everything guests need for their stay and some shops.
Booking notes
Please email or telephone if you are interested in staying at villa 1. A deposit is required and full payment is needed 6 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 6 weeks before departure date, payment must be made in full. A refundable damage deposit is also required.
