One bedroom apartment with private entrance, Underground car parking and secure entry doors to the whole block. We also have Sky TV and DVD Only 50 meters from a fabulous beach. Close to shops and buses. There is also a very large supermarket just a five minute walk away. A very good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. A very nice long flat promenade which is pushchair friendly. Vilamoura marina and golf are 15 mins drive away. We are now members of A.I.H.S.A. This is a requirement for every owner in Portugal that is renting out property.This is controlled by the local council and assures you the holidaymaker of a good standard in both quality and safety. We also include public liability insurance at no extra cost. Are the other lets you are looking at offering this service? They should be. We also offer free pick up and return to Faro airport.

About the owner
We are both retired and live here in the algarve,about 25 mins from the apartment. Living here is an advantage as we can personally meet you and pass on local knowledge.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Quarteira is a very user friendly location. It has a long flat promenade. This makes for easy use with push chairs etc. We are at the quiet end of the prom,but just a few meters from many shops and bars,the beach is only 50 meters away and at road level,makeing it very accessible to everyone. As the beach is so vast you can always find a good spot all year round. Also there is no need to hire a car. There is a very good bus depot 10 minutes walk. From here you can cover all the Algave, plus connecting buses to all parts of Portugal. By buses I mean air conditioned coaches. These are at very good prices.

Unique benefits of the property
You have very good secure accommodation with entry phones etc. No need for car hire as everything is here.
