We can usually take reservations for arrival and departure on any day of the week, and for any number of days. As a rule, check-in from 3pm, check-out until 11 am - but please request further information if these times are not convenient.

| Villa Tenazinha 2 is also located in the area of Acoteias, Falésia, east of Olhos de Agua village and bordering on a beautiful calm rural countryside area of land. An ideal setting for kids and for romantic breaks. A golfer's paradise, this location is ideal for frequenting several beautiful local courses. Private heated swimming pool and lounge area for sunbathing and private parking for a stress free holiday. The lounge has a 36 inch TV, DVD player, 3 extra large sofas, beautifully dining table with seating for 10., beautifully fitted kitchen with all appliances, micro, cattle, toaster, coffee machine fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The Kitchen leads out to the patio with further dining space next to the barbeque area looking over the countryside. A flight of steps from the patio takes one to a perfect sun-soaked terrace, overlooking the pool. | |
Notes on accommodation
These villas are available all year round, and provide comfortable accommodation for any time of the year. Fully air-conditioned for the summer months.
Suitable for any type of holiday, we cater for couples, groups and families; if you have young children we are happy to provide extra beds, cots and high-chairs.

Outside
Both of the villas have private swimming pools and they are both heated on request s (extra payment). They also have parking space for the cars and a barbecue place to have a lovely dinner under the stars. Nice garden for the kids to play. Lots of space and sunbeds around the pool for some sun bathing. Watch out for the sun make sure you use some sun UV protection. The terraces upstairs have a beautiful view you can overlook a couple of kilometers.
Golf
When you are in the Algarve you are never far away from a golf course. With many courses, including a championship course, Vilamoura is only a 10 to 15 minute drive. The 9 hole course and academy at Pinecliffes Sheraton is just a few hundred metres from your villa. Within 40 minutes you can drive to more or less 20 different courses.
So if you like to play golf you have plenty of places to go.

Travel
Faro airport is 30 minutes away, and if needed we can arrange private transport from the airport directly to your villa at a very reasonable cost.
Car hire is not essential as most amenities are within walking distance. However if you want to rent a car/motorbike or bicycle, we can also help you with that. Very reasonably priced taxis and mini-bus rentals are also available.
Distances
Fabulous local restaurants which cater for all tastes, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets - are all within a few minutes walk nearby Açoteias.
The Algarve is famous for nightlife - Albufeira and Vilamoura both have a marina and are well known for clubs and discos. Albufeira: modern vibrant centre with unusual architecture and Old Town Albufeira more traditional character. Vilamoura: a well established harbour of luxury yachts and other craft, with shops, restaurants, etc.
Further details
We have plenty of local activities. Of course you can go to the beach and on some beaches you can jetski, waterski, wakeboard, banana boat etc. If you prefer to go fishing 1 day you can go to Vilamoura and have a fishing trip for a couple of hours. We also have safari jeeps for seeing amazing things like animals but also enjoy some really nice views. Lots of water parks with slides etc in this area of the Algarve. One of the water parks has a dolphin show and you can also swim with dolphins. If you wish to shop a little bit you can go to Algarve shopping center with lots of clothes shops, parfum shops, shoe shops, cinema, bowling lane and a game corner.
Booking notes
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 25%, which can be paid by bank transfer or through PayPal. The balance of payment should be paid upon on arrival, or approximately a month beforehand. If balance is settled with a credit card a fee of 2% is applied). A refundable breakages deposit of 50 Euros is required upon arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Strictly no smoking inside the villa except for outside areas.

We have been hiring villas for holidays for over 6 years and the Tenazinha 3 has been far the best out of the lot including customer service which we have never experienced before, especially Patricia taking us to her retaurant which was fantastic and back to the villa after having a few alcoholic drinks and also taking us into Albuferia and would not except any money, she also organised our trips to the water park and a boat trip which were both brilliant and we all enjoyed ourselves. Hello all! My name is Patrícia and together with my husband, Norberto, we live in the Algarve, South-Portugal. Since we are original from this area and we also live locally, we know this area and its surroundings very well. We take good care of our properties and are always around to help you with local information or anything else you may need. We can also help you with tickets for excursions, tours, theme parks, airport transfers or to almost anywhere, car rentals, etc!
Our properties are located in the Olhos de Agua / Falésia area, near Albufeira. Other than holiday homes we also have a restaurant that serves traditional Portuguese and intl food and an ice cream parlour/restaurant near the beach in Olhos e Agua.
