The villa offers a spacious lounge and dining area leading through to a recently refurbished kitchen. On this level there are also two bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have en suite facilities which have also recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There are stairs leading to the lower level of the villa which has a separate kitchenette offering guests flexible living space. This has breakfast bar, fridge, toaster and microwave. On this level there is a further double bedroom with en-suite, a separate lounge and games room with pool table and table tennis. There is a two twin bedrooms both en-suite, with two more twin beds on an upper level making this a 'den' which many children enjoy. Patio doors from the upper lounge open out to a covered seating and dining area looking out to the pool where there is a BBQ and stairs leading to a private roof terrace. There is ample space outside the villa with a mature garden surrounding the villa with fruit trees.

Outside
The property is surrounded by mature gardens with fruit trees and exotic plants. There is a large outdoor eating area and private pool which can be heated at an extra charge.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and this beach offers water sports in the high season.
Centianes, Carvalho, Paraiso and many others are a short 5 minute drive. The coastline around the Carvoerio area is particularly stunning.
Golf
There are three golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa and many more across the Algarve.
Travel
Faro airport is a 45 mins - 1 hour journey, a car is not necessary but if you would like to hire one, I can help with local companies who are competitive. An airport transfer is also easily arranged.
Distances
Carvoeiro is a 5 minute walk, Slide & Splash (water park) is a short 10 minute drive and Zoomarine is 15 minutes in the car. Here you can swim with dolphins, just ask me for details.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required for booking and the balance 8 weeks before. I also require a refundable breakage deposit.
