Algarve Quinta is a secluded 7 acre private estate near to the village of Santa Barbara and 20 minutes drive from world-class beaches and golf courses. The 2 beautifully furnished and appointed villas, Casa Murta and Casa Oliveira, are 100 metres from each other and can be rented individually. The combination of 2 villas is perfect for 2 families or a group of friends holidaying together. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, their own swimming pool, lawned gardens and beautiful views of the coast and the countryside around.

Notes on prices
Prices are for both villas per week in UK pounds.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but are on Saturdays during the high season.
Access to the villas is after 2pm and on the day of departure we ask villas be vacated by 10am. Luggage can be kept in safe-keeping should you have an early or late flight.

| Living Rooms: | Casa Murta has a large, elegantly furnished drawing room with an open fireplace and french windows onto the covered, furnished terrace. The sitting room at Casa Oliveira is also beautifully furnished and opens onto a lawned garden with lovely views. |
| Other: | Both villas have individual satellite TV systems, DVD players and internet access. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a full time maid service for both villas. This includes washing-up and laundry. Towels are changed every second day, bed linen twice a week or on request. The pools are serviced each morning. |
Notes on accommodation
Many recreational activities are provided on the property, table tennis, boules,croquet, tennis, bicycles, space to roam on the 7 acre grounds and extensive orange and soft fruit orchards. The pool at Casa Murta has a shallow end for toddlers.

Accessibility
Both Villas are wheelchair accessible. 3 of the 4 bathrooms have flexible shower cords. The area around the villas is flat.
Large french doors lead from bedrooms to terraces and the landscaped serentity of the outdoors.
Outside
Both villas have their own spacious, shaded, outside dining terraces with luxurious furnishings and built in barbeques with food preparation areas.
The swimming pools are 12m x 5m and one has a special shallow area for small children.
The terraces and lawned gardens are impeccably maintained and include several peaceful seating areas shaded by ancient olive trees.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful, unspoilt, sandy beaches are 20 minutes drive away.
The West coast with its surfing beaches is an hour's drive.
Golf
There is a large choice of golf courses 20 minutes drive at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. In addition more courses are available 50km over the border with Spain.
Travel
Faro international airport is a 20 minute drive with Lisbon and Seville airports 2.5 hours away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The village of Santa Barbara is a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk away. There is a choice of international and local restaurants and many cafe/bars together with post office, bank, small supermarket, pharmacy and medical centre. There is also an English butcher.
Further details
The nearest shops are 10 minutes walk by road or along a track, both are bordered with wild lavender, rosemary, thyme, fennel and borage.

20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance 7 weeks before arrival.
