Beautiful modern spacious kitchen and utility area with full range of fitted appliances. Patio doors lead from living room to spacious covered patio area with table and chairs. There is also a separate shaded barbecue area with permanent seating. The pool is fully surrounded by patio with sunbeds. There are numerous shaded seating areas for that hot midday sun. The villa also boasts a large very private roof terrace with beautiful 360 degree views of the countryside and mountains. Here there is another table, chairs and sunbeds. The numerous breathtaking beaches are all within 10-20 mins walk interlinked with stunning cliff walks.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is all one level with few steps down to pool. Children should be supervised at all times because of pool and roof terrace. This is a non-smoking villa.

Accessibility
Not specially constructed for wheelchair users.
Outside
Kidney shaped pool is surrounded by patio and sun beds. There is a large separate BBQ area with seating. In total there are four separate outside dining areas with shading.
Coast/Beach
Praia da Coelha beach is 10 mins walk from villa. The larger Sao Rafael and Gale beaches are a small drive away. The cliff walks are spectacular, with breathtaking views, the real Portugal.
Golf
5 mins drive to famous Salgados Golf Course.
Travel
Faro airport is approximately 40 kms and takes about 35 minutes. we can arrange transfer to and from airport if needed.
Distances
There are several bars, restaurants and mini markets within a few minutes walk, 2 larger supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The very popular Dom Dinis restaurant is less than 5 minutes walk from the villa. The historic old town of Alburfeira is approximately 3kms away, with its marina half way between us and the town, a lovely walk. Algarve shopping centre and zoo marine is 10 minute drive, around 10 euros by taxi, both a must.
