Jardins Do Golfe is located near the 5* resort of Vale Do Lobo and is nestled by the 2nd hole of the Royal Golf Course. The beach and entertainment area, which is the nightlife/beach front area of the beautiful Vale Do Lobo is a short leisurely stroll through garden pathways beside the golf course and takes about 15 minutes. There is a Penguin Children's Club with crazy golf. The secure complex of Jardins Do Golfe is set in breathtaking gardens with 2 beautiful pools, a sun terrace and a pool side bar (during the summer months) and is very popular with families and couples. It is only a 3 minute walk to the local supermarket, medical centre, cash point machine. The apartment has a home from Home feel to it with the bike parked outside the door as a warm welcome to whoever visits. The patio with it's east view onto the golf course has an alfresco dining area for you to enjoy. Only a 7 minute drive to the traditional town of Almancil which has a typical Portuguese market weekly.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and heating is included in the rental price. The apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for small children and disabled persons with direct access to the grassy gardens in front. At reception there is a 24 hour service provided to meet all requirements. The complex is extremely secure as you need a coded key for entry access. We have provided CDs and DVDs for you to enjoy, but by all means bring your favourites to enjoy. We also have a book library where you can exchange your old books. In the winter months if you come along to enjoy a game of golf you can return to the apartment and toast you toes by a real log fire while sipping a glass of your favourite wine.

The apartment is on the ground floor with 1 step at the entrance door, no stairs to climb.
Outside
Jardins Do Golfe is set in a beautifully matured and well maintained garden and has 2 pools newly re-furbished with a sun terrace and sun beds scattered around the garden whether you want a private or family fun sun bathing day. The pool side bar is open during the high season and boasts a friendly welcome. There is tennis and crazy golf available. The walk to the golf club or the beach is easy and suitable for all ages and the golf club house has a warm and friendly welcome for all who visits.
Coast/Beach
The Vale Do Lobo beach is a 15 minute stroll away through the landscaped gardens of the golf course or a 3 minute drive.
Golf
Golf weekends can be arranged all year round and there is plenty of storage space for your clubs. Vale Do Lobo's famous Royal and Ocean courses are on our door step with the 2nd hole on the Royal viewed from our balcony. Guests at Jardins Do Golfe can take advantage of these specially negotiated rates and reception will book your tee off times. The courses with discounted rates are: Vale Do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta Da Lago Norte, Quinta do Lago Sul, Vila Sol, Vilamoura Old Course, Vilamoura Millennium, Vilamoura Laguna, Salgados, Benamor, Qinta Da Ria and Quinta de Cima. The 2008 rates are now available please email the owner for these. Please contact the owner to check availability for short breaks these will not be available during the high season.
Special interest holidays
There is plenty of opportunity to play golf, tennis or if you prefer a spot of bird watching. For the bird watching lovers there is a beautiful spot called Ria Formosa which is a 10 minute drive away, the sand dunes between Vale Do Lobo and Faro are excellent for wildlife spotting. There are 20 miles of beach to walk if you are into trekking.
Travel
Faro airport is a 20 minute drive approx 15km away, a taxi service is available to and from the airport and costs approx 25 euros. We would recommend car hire to give you the flexibility of touring the Algarve.
Booking notes
A secure deposit must be paid on time of booking, this is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 is payable before arrival and will be refunded in full 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Full terms and conditions of booking will be provided prior to payment of the initial deposit.
