This beautiful two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a private condominium at Lagos Marina. The air conditioned apartment is front facing, enjoying views of the communal pool area from all rooms. With lift facilities for easy pushchair access. The pool area and sun loungers are for exclusive use of the 66 apartments and has security gated access. A short walk from the apartment takes you across the Marina footbridge and into the historic town of Lagos with its many traditional shops, bars and restaurants. The glorious beach of Meia Praia is also a 10 min walk, here there are tempting beach bars and miles of sand. There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Palmares, Boavista and Penina. Lagos is a 45 minute drive from Faro Airport and is situated in the less commercialised, part of the Algarve. A vehicle is not necessary once here as everything is close by including Lagos train station.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - King size bed, en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe area, dressing table/mirror, bedside tables & lamps, safe.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror, bedside table & lamp.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - Full size bath with shower over, basin with large vanity area and half wall mirror, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2 - Walk in shower, basin with large vanity area and half wall mirror and WC.
Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Although the kitchen is a fully separate area, it adjoins the lounge via a large wall length breakfast bar.
Utility Room: External patio area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with wicker corner sofa and 2 seater leather double sofabed, coffee table, sideboard, TV and DVD/music player and 4 breakfast bar stools.
Other: The Lounge opens onto a very large balcony which overlooks the pool and marina. It is equipped with a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen and towels are provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned for arrival and towels are changed mid week. With a further clean and linen change for two week lets.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned, which also serves as heating if required and is very suitable for children.
Our representative will meet you at the apartment and will be contactable throughout your stay, should you require any assistance. A useful welcome folder is available in the apartment.
A welcome pack can be provided at an additional cost and Taxi transfers from the airport please ask for details when booking.

Accessibility
The apartments are approached by steps to a security coded door it is accessible for pushchairs and once inside there are lifts available.

Outside
There is a large swimming pool and separate childrens pool as well beautifully maintained garden areas. Sun loungers and parasols are available. This area is all security gated access ensuring the communal pool is only used by the residents of the apartments, also offering a secure environment for children.

Coast/Beach
The glorious beach of Meia Praia is just a 10 min walk, here there are tempting beach bars and miles of golden sand. From the waterfront you can take numerous trips including dolphin safaris, paragliding, scuba diving, fishing and boat trips to the grottoes.

Golf
It is an ideal base for golfers as a short car drive will take you to some magnificent golf courses.
5 mins - Palmares overlooks the bay of Lagos
10 mins - Boa Vista new and challenging
20 mins Parque de Floresta hilly and rugged
30 mins Penina which held the Portuguese Open and Alto course at Alvor.

Travel
The complex is located 80km from Faro international airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approx 45 mins and a taxi will cost in the region of 75 euros. However once at the apartments a car is not needed as everything is within walking distance.

Town centre and Beach 10 mins
The apartment is also ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train station where transport can be found to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo marine, Zoo, Cape de St Vincent and shopping centre.

Further details
There are many shops, banks, cafes and restaurants in Lagos town. The nearest supermarket which is directly behind the apartments is very well stocked and fresh bread, croissants and cakes are available daily. There is also a florist and dry cleaners within the entrance. English newspapers are available at the newsagent on the waterfront and you can get a brilliant English breakfast at the Oasis cafe.
The Marina Health Club is a short walk from the apartment which is part of the 4* Marina Hotel and can be used all day for a small fee. Facilities include bike hire, swimming pool, gym, sauna and beauty treatment.

Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit when booking and the balance paid 8 weeks before departure.
