Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned and very secure villa ideal for families of all ages. There is a DVD player in the lounge with a selection of Children's DVDs. Access to the pool is from the front door turning right. You can see the pool directly from the back garden and again from two of the bedrooms upstairs. The villa has a spacious garden with patio area and tables and chairs provided for 6. The villa is well lit outside and there is plenty of parking.

Accessibility
The villa is situated in a secure gated development of 20 villas at then end of a side road. It is really not suitable for wheelchair access as there are steps into the villa.
Outside
Generous garden area to rear overlooking shared pool area. Villa is not overlooked directly and has uninterrupted views of mountains. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided by owner.
Coast/Beach
The coast is approx 6 miles from the Villa. The nearest beaches are Gale and Salgados which are some of the best in the Algarve. These beaches are family friendly and have bars and cafes to suit all tastes.
Golf
The Algarve has over 30 golf courses, the most famous of which are 20 mins drive from the villa. Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago. New golf courses in Silves and Carvoeiro offer excellent value for money year round.
Travel
Faro Airport is 25 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is essential, however, we can arrange mini bus collection to and from airport. The Agarve has excellent motorways and Lisbon is only 2 hours 50 mins by road and 2 hours 40 mins by rail. Spain is only 1 hour drive from the villa!
Distances
Paderne Town is less than 1 mile. Albuferia is 5 miles. Faro is 18 miles.
