Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A local representative will meet all guests on arrival and help them familiarise themselves with their holiday accomodation and will be available 24/7 for any problems.
On arrival a 100/160 euro security deposit will be taken by the representative which will be refunded within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is 1 of 14 in a secure gated complex, with ample parking in the private roadway, located on the outskirts of the historic town of Tavira. No smoking is allowed inside the villa and no pets allowed.
Accessibility
The villa is situated over 3 floors and does not have wheelchair access.
Outside
There is a small pool to the front with a poolside shower, grassed area for sunbathing and a covered courtyard for shade.
At the side are steps which lead up to the rear garden. This has a barbeque and a large patio area with a table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is the southernmost region of mainland Portugal. Europe's sunniest spot: a unique jewel where the finest beaches and weather on the continent meet traditional historic Portugal.
The maximum temperatures in the Algarve fluctuate between 15 °C in winter and 31 °C in summer, with the temperature never usually falling below zero in the winter months.
The wonderfully secluded local beaches on the Ilha de Tavira are reached by a short boat ride from the town.
Golf
Golf at Benamor (10 mins), Quinta da Ria/Quinta de Cime (15 mins) and Castro Marim (25 mins). Other convenient golf courses are Esturi (just over the border into Spain (30 min) and the spectacular new Monte Rei Golf and Country club (20 mins), heralded as 'the most exclusive and cosmopolitan development in the Algarve' and set in 1000 acres of beautiful countryside between Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio.
Travel
Faro airport is only 30 minutes away by car. It is a major destination for Easyjet, Jet2 & Ryanair with flights from most major UK airports.
A car is advisable but not essential.
There are numerous car hire companies based at Faro. Most of the large firms operate a shuttle bus to and from an off-airport site. But local companies will meet you in arrivals, you then pick up and return the car from a car park just in front of the terminal. Otherwise a taxi will cost @ 45 euros.
Distances
Tavira is halfway between Faro and the Spanish border. A 10 minute stroll brings you to the river which divides the town with numerous bars, restaurants and pavement cafes on either side.
Further details
There is something for everyone in the charming, historic town of Tavira. The villa is a short walk (600m) from the town centre with its many shops, bars, churches, restaurants and sights. Boats leave the pier for deep-sea fishing all along the Algarve coast. Plus many other activities, places of interest and museums. In nearby Luz de Tavira there are fine examples of Manueline art and the Roman mosaics of Torre de Aves. Magnificent Seville is only 90 min by car. Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, fishing, horse riding, golf.
Booking notes
We require a 20% deposit to secure a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date we retain the deposit. If the booking is cancelled 8-6 weeks before arrival, we keep 50% of the whole rental amount. Cancellations made 6-4 weeks before arrival forfeit 75% of the rental total, while cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival forfeit the whole rental amount. A security deposit will be required on arrival.
