Totally child friendly (as tested by our own hyperactive kids) all upstairs living space can be isolated from lower pool area and child locks on all patio doors. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. I will consider a reduction on price this summer given the current recession.
We have now reduced our high season price to €2750 per week for this summer.
Changeover day
Saturday at 3pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Arrival day may however be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Under floor heating, air con and totally child friendly with in house toys.
Outside
Large private infinity pool with drop off views and stunning sunset views, also under water illumination for nightime swimming, 1 acre garden with swings, olive grove and orchard with patio area under Alforibiera tree. 200 sq mtrs of terracing on upper and lower level offering the perfect living facilities to enjoy the Algarvian climate and watch the birds riding the thermals down to the Alvor Basin (including Flamingoes). 14 sun loungers and 14 very comfortable outdoor chairs and three tables for outdoor relaxing.
Coast/Beach
Meia Praia is the closest beach to the house which is about a 10 minute drive. Meia Praia is a wonderful beach for long walks, running etc. And is very safe for children.
Golf
8 mins from Palmares, and probably the best driving range in Algarve with pro lessons from Luis and Jose.
5 mins Penina
20 min Amondeoirea
15 mins Boa Vista
Travel
The house is a 40 minute drive from Faro Airport. I would recommend hiring a car.
Distances
Odiaxere is the local village less than five minutes by car. It has a number of small shops an excellent bakery and some very good local restaurants. There is a large retail park 5 minutes by car towards Portimao which has a large Carrefour supermarket and a number of interesting shops.
Lagos is also about a 10 minute drive there are a number of large supermarkets in Lagos. The closest to the house is Pingo Dolce which is a nice small supermarket and it carries a lot of English brands.
