This luxury apartment has everything for a great holiday for those who want the high life without it costing a fortune. The little extra 'Wows' are worth it, they include an indoor pool, gym, sauna and full-size pool table. A lovely kitchen with luxury fittings throughout with BOSCH appliances. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms really makes life luxurious. There is a large private terrace where you can laze in the sun on loungers or dine alfresco with the outdoor furniture and enjoy a glass or two of your favourite tipple with family and friends. At Portuguese prices it is really affordable. The bedrooms also are fully air-conditioned with TV's with DVD. In the living room there is Sky TV and DVD, with surrround sound in living-room and both bedrooms. Plenty of DVDs and books for adults as well as children. CD player in living room also. Lovely comfortable beds and crisp white linen. The sofa bed is king size and is really comfortable to sleep on with plenty of room.

Flexible. Please ask where necessary for mid-week if you want. We will try our best to fit you in. Please note departure day vacate by 10am. Arrival time is 4pm in summer months.

Kitchen: Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, all top quality Bosch fittings, finished with fantastic granite worktops kettle, coffee maker,toaster, iron and ironing board in fact everything you could possibly want.
Living Rooms: Spacious comfortable living/dining room with air-conditioning/heating, Sky Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, 2 comfortable sofas one converts into king size bed, dining table and 6 chairs, sun terrace with table, 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers.
Other: Hall with cabinet for DVDs, CDs, books and games for the children as well as plenty to read for the grown-ups too. Bucket and spades, bat and ball and beach umbrellas are provided for beach. There is a cool bag and freezer blocks for beach picnics too.

Notes on accommodation
Perfect for families with children. No smoking inside the apartment. Books, videos, CDs and games are supplied. Both bedrooms are fitted with TV and DVD player and safes in both wardrobes. There is a hairdryer and a clock radio in each bedroom also. A large balcony with patio doors leads from the living room where you can smoke if you so wish. The living room / dining room is spacious and should you want to eat alfresco there is a table and 6 chairs on the large patio. There is a small balcony leading from the second bedroom and gets all the morning sun. A table and 2 chairs out there also for you to have breakfast.

1st floor apartment, up two small flights of steps.

Outside
There are sun loungers around the pool area. Toilet facilities and changing rooms in the pool complex area. There is a pool table, gym, sauna, turkish bath and toilet and showers next to these areas also. All these facilities are free for guests to use. Up on the sun terrace there are lounger for guests to enjoy the suns rays and just chill out.
On the private terrace in the apartment there are sun loungers and dining table and chairs for 6 people. It is a private area with sun from around noon.
Small balcony off twin bedroom and seating for 2 people if you want breakfast alfresco in the sunshine.

Coast/Beach
There are wonderful beaches within 10 mins drive of the apartment. As well as the pretty Praia de Gale with its sports facilities snack bar and restaurants there are secluded sandy coves with sandstone cliffs. Within twenty minutes drive is Carvoeiro with breathtaking hilltop walks and dramatic scenery. For the night clubbers who enjoy a variety of restaurants and great nightlife with Karaoke etc Albufeira is less than 10 mins away with its marina, historic old town and even more beaches!

Golf
In the centre of the Algarve golf scene with superb courses all around Guia. The nearby N125 and A22 motorway ensure that they can be reached quickly and easily. This apartment is ideal for small golfing parties who can park their cars and clubs securely in our underground car parking spaces whilst enjoying all the 19th hole facilities within the nearby village.
Golf at Salgados special rates with or without buggy and tee off times to suit you and your party. Please ask when booking and can put you in touch with right people.
Salgados, Penina and Palmaros gold courses within10 - 20 minutes and various Villamoura golf courses 20 minutes also.

Travel
Transfer time from Faro airport is around 30/35 mins. Car hire or airport transfer we can put you in touch with people we use if you request it. Busses run regular through the village and we have the numbers of taxi services also.

Distances
Albufiera is 7 mins by car. Carvoeiro is 15 mins. Silves is 15 mins and Villamora is 20 mins.mins. The nearest beach is Gale and it is 7 mins from the apartment. Seville and Lisbon are both a two and a half hour drive away.

Further details
The village of Guia has a host of really good restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. It has a small supermarket, chemist, three banks with cash points, cafe's, stationery shop, post office (you can buy UK papers there), bottle store, bakery and out-door market on the 3rd Friday every month.
Sir Cliff Richard has a villa 5 minutes walk away from the apartment and it overlooks the vineyards where he grows his famous wine. It is recognisable because of the windmill in his front garden and the 2 lions guarding the front gate.

20% non-refundable deposit to secure any booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Payment can be cheque, Pay-pal or bank transfer.
You can get cheap flights mid-week so please look for good deals first and then contact us. You can book more than 7 days if flights are better for you.

Guest comments
There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday and plenty to do in the village and surrounding areas. Really comfortable and spacious apt and pool area is a lovely place to be. Nice to walk to the local places to eat and not have to drive after your meal

Will be telling all my friends and family what a great place Guia is and so convenient to the best beaches and water parks. Lovely to walk to Zoo-marine with the family and plenty to see and do in this area

About the owner
My husband and I have been visiting the Algarve for 26 years now and feel at home there. We have had a time-share there and after having close friends buy a villa we felt ready to buy too. We have been visiting Guia for all that time and felt the time was right to buy there when we saw Magnolia apartments being built. Our twin daughters love this area too and take their families there whenever they can get away. The area is great to relax and be yourself, with Albufeira only 5 minutes away if you want the busy areas you can visit and then come home to peace and quiet. We are due to retire soon and would love to spend more time there in the winter months just to get away from the British winter weather.
