The detached villa is 45 minutes from Faro (the nearest airport) and 20km from the Spanish border. The nearest towns of Conceicao and Cabanas are 5 minutes away with a variety of local shops and restaurants. A choice of excellent beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes, lining the seaward side of a 35 mile-long sand bar which is an internationally protected resting place for birds travelling between Northern Europe and Africa. The villa is ideal as a base for investigating this peaceful area and there is plenty for golfers with three first class courses within 5 minutes of the villa. The nearest is Benamor Golf designed by Sir Henry Cotton.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts are available for stays over 3 weeks and for parties wanting fewer than 4 bedrooms (except during the peak season of July and August).
Changeover day
Changeover can be any day except for Sunday.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 4 double bedded rooms, one with en-suite bathroom. All have access to patios. In addition there are 2 cots and 2 bed-settees and 3 more "Z" beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and wc. Upstairs there is an additional bathroom with bath/shower and wc. Downstairs there is an additional bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and wc. |
| Kitchen: | There are 2 kitchens. There is a hob, oven and fridge/freezer in both. One has a dishwasher and a microwave. Kettles, fruit juicer and coffee machines are also provided. We provide 2 high chairs. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine and ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 2 lounges with bed/settees that sleep 1 (or two children). One lounge has a TV with games console and DVD player. Both have dining tables and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linnen and towles for use at the villa is provided. Maid service is included once each week when the bedding and towels are changed. |
Notes on accommodation
There are plenty of fans to help keep cool and outside there are recliners and large tables with large parasols with seating for 10. The pool is accessed by a gate which means it can be closed off to prevent access by small children if needed.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users. One of the bedrooms and one bathroom is on the gound floor.
Outside
The private pool is 10x4 M and is accessed via a small gate to prevent access by small children. The villa is surrounded by patios with BBQ, outside dining area with seating for 12, with sun loungers, trees, flowers and plenty of space to relax out of doors.
Coast/Beach
The Eastern ALgarve is dominated by a 35km sand bar which is perfrect for beach holidays. The nearest access is at Cabanas or Tavira where you take a small ferry across the lagoon. Both places are no more than 5 minutes away by car. It is possible to drive to the beach at Manta Rota which is no more than 10 minutes away by car.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes of the villa. The nearest is Benamor Golf which is less than 1 mile away. Others near by include Quinta De Ria and Quinta de Cima.
Travel
Faro Aiport is about 40 minutes drive, Seville airport is about 2 hours away.
Distances
Conceicao is about 1 mile away, Cabanas is about 2 miles to the sea front. The nearest large town is Tavira the centre of which is about 5 miles away.
Further details
Banks and shops can be found in Cabanas and Tavira and a local bar is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. A comprehensive list of restaurants is kept at the villa. There is pleanty to see and do near the villa, including horse riding at a farm within walking distance and a couple of our favourites a bit further afield are; swim with dolphins at ZooMarine (45 minutes) or visit the tomb of Christopher Columbus in Seville (90 minutes).
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 refundable deposit against breakages to be paid with balance.
