Our luxury 4 bedroom holiday villa located in the heart of Carvoeiro. The villa was extensively refurbished including the addition of new en-suite bathrooms, complete new kitchen and air-conditioning to the bedrooms and fixed ceiling fans to keep you cool on those balmy hot Summer nights. All rooms have been fitted with mosquito net coverings on external windows and doors. A good sized swimming pool and garden area are the perfect place to sit and relax. The sun room is available with seating for 8 people to eat or relax away from the sun and with the built in bar with drinks fridge so you can enjoy the long evenings. Sandy beaches are with in easy walking distance where you will find many good value restaurants and bars for excellent meals. To keep the younger members of the family entertained there is a water slide park and a Zoomarine park nearby. The area has many local Golf and Tennis facilities are nearby. There's a supermarket and local fish and fruit market 500 metres away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Pool heating £120 per week.
I only accept bank transfers from Sterling accounts.

Changeover day
Thurs changeovers only in main season April to end September (Other dates may be available on request out of the main season) Departure from the villa by 10am. Arrivals after 3pm. Suitcases can be stored at the Management Offices.

Bedrooms: Air conditioned bedrooms throughout consisting of a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor with en-suite facilities.
2 x further bedrooms on the ground floor consisting of one double and one twin bed room sharing a large bathroom.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower rooms are available with the two bedrooms on the first floor and a large bathroom consisting of a full bath and double shower facilities for the ground floor bedrooms.
There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor for guests.
Kitchen: A fully modernized ‘Keller’ kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, steamer, kettle, juicer, toaster, toastie sandwich maker etc. A washing machine is available for guests use.
Living Rooms: A large double height room with minstrel gallery including a 37’ flat screen TV, ample seating, DVD player, Sky TV box with stairs leading through to a large dining area with seating for 8 people. The vaulted ceiling has a wonderful cooling effect.
Other: A large sunroom with built in bar area leads through to a large garden with heated swimming pool and outdoor seating area for BBQ's. A wooden summer gazebo is situated in the garden to enjoy the shade overlooking the sun drenched pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
A maid service is included for 2 hours a day 5 days a week. The service includes the making of the beds, general tidying etc. The linen is changed weekly. All bathroom towels and bed sheets are provided, limited pool towels are available.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is included in the price but pool heating is an additional charge. The villa is suitable for children and adults of all ages. The pool is accessed by some large corner steps in the shallow end. The villa lends itself well for 2 families to share, as the upstairs has one large double room with a smaller twin bedded room opposite both with en-suite facilities, and the downstairs has the same except for the large bath and shower room which is shared between them. It is a family villa refurbished to a very high standard mainly for our personal use and therefore not available to single sex parties/students that could possibly abuse the facilities. We are very proud of the standards offered and do our utmost to provide the best!

Outside
The villa has a large parking area to the front, with electric gates. The back garden is grass with palm and citrus trees. In the back garden we have a lovely private pool with sun chairs, outdoor bbq area and seating to enjoy the sunny days. Garden Furniture includes 8 sun beds, seating for 12 guests and a large granite table and 4 benches by the large outdoor bbq overlooking the pool.

Coast/Beach
The local sandy beach is within a 10 min walk or within a short drive are plenty of beaches and coves offering lovely swimming facilites and on some water activities, to enjoy the sunshine of the Med.

Golf
Many local golf courses within easy reach by car include Vale de Pinta, Gramacho and Pestana. Also near by is the 9 hole Vale de Milho Golf Course surrounding a waterfall lake which is ideal for beginners or for people looking for a quick round.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which accepts flights from many UK Airports with plenty of hire car facilities. For people who do not require a car, a taxi service from the airport is always available. The airport is under an hour from the villa. An average taxi cost from the airport(not pre -booked)just walk out the airport door is approx 80 euros.

Distances
We are situated in the heart of the town, easy walking distance to "restaurant hill" although a little steep in places as all of carvoeiro is. Rua Cerro is directlly off the main street, and go past the municipal fish/fruit market past Monte Durado turning and 300 metres further on is our villa in a quiet yet easily accessed area.

Further details
Our management company can arrange trips to Zoomarine where you can swim with dolphins or Slide and Splash for that water park adventure.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking and the outstanding balance is to be received 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 security deposit will be required with final payment. Our local management company office is within very easy walking distance and will be there to show you in and explain how everything works and should be able to solve any of your day to day problems that may occur.

Casa Goa, our pride and joy,we purchased in 2003 and have completely refitted and modernised to what we believe is an exceptional standard for any holiday home. It has been done, not for profit, but primarily for our own family use. We are a very busy self employed couple who treasure our holiday time greatly and fell in love with the area some 15 years ago as the perfect place to relax and unwind.
