This is a first (top) floor apartment with a flight of stairs to the entrance. There is further flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace.

Coast/Beach
The magnificent Sao Martinho do Porto beach, which is within a safe natural lagoon, is 10 minutes walk (3 minutes drive). The Silver Coast and the Obidos lagoon have miles of clean sandy beaches, and as this is a coastal property, they are all easily accessible.
Golf
The famous Praia D'el Rey golf course is within 40 minutes drive with Golden Eagle, Campo Royal and Vimerio all within an hour.
Travel
Airport; Lisbon 1 hour drive. Porto 2 hour drive. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy and appreciate this beautiful region.
