Totally refurbished in 2005, the apartment offers a large living and dining area with balcony. A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balconies (extra beds can be sited if required). The master bedroom is en-suite and the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sought after location close to all amenities. The beach and centre are only 250m away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but there could be a small surcharge for weekday arrivals and departures. Entering and vacating: Check in time is 2pm and check out 10 am, we will accommodate arrival and departure as fully as possible.

Carvoeiro is situated approx. 75km from Faro airport with easy access by Motorway. A small lively pretty village/beach resort, close to main town of Portimao. Good choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the town centre beach. Combination of old and new architecture.
Distances
Carvoeiro is a great resort for families who want lots of attractions to keep the little one’s occupied on holiday. It’s really close to the Zoomarine aquarium and zoo, Aqualand water park and Krazy World theme park. Silves 15-20 mins by car, the old Algarvian capital in Moorish times, is a must for all sightseers, the town, church and castle are seeped in history; there are also many fine shops and restaurants around.

'I wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed staying in your apartment recently. It was an excellent base for our stay in the Algarve. Our family of six never felt crowded there. The apartment was well equipped (even down to the coolbox and pool toys) and spotlessly clean. The Pay as you go air con and fans were very useful some nights. We loved the central location, but rarely found it noisy. It was great to be able to walk virtually anywhere at night, but never be too far from home to walk back. Our children loved the pool – it was nearly always just us there. At night, when the children were asleep we spent the evenings on the balcony ‘people watching’. In two weeks we were not bored! On road parking was rarely a problem, we usually parked along the road to the local market. I would also like to say how helpful and thoughtful your local agent were. I live in England, 2 children. My partner and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in portugal, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.

We love Carvoeiro because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than 45mins drive away.

For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of nearby golf course.
