There is a built-in BBQ for alfresco dining by the pool or large patio adjacent to the kitchen/dining room with all it’s essentials that comfortably cooks a dinner party of 8 persons. Located in an enviable position, conveniently within only 10 minutes walk to beautiful ‘Sao Bras’ with over 30 restaurants to choice from, including the famous ‘Chicken Luis’. Only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport and the water shoot parks in Loule. The beaches of Culattra and Armona are within 30 minutes, so too are Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago golf courses and 45 minutes East to Spain.

Changeover day
Thursday or Saturday. We can be flexible out of peak/high season. For early arrivals, arrangements can easily be made to leave your suitcases at the villa.

Outside
The private pool is 8x4m with Roman steps, there is ample poolside furniture. Built-in BBQ dining and covered area for alfresco dining enjoying beautiful views and wonderful sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Only 20 minutes from the Algarve coast with many fantastic beaches, Sao Bras is perfect place to savour the Algarve, avoiding the more crowded coastal resorts. For painters, photographers, and bird watchers, the Rio Formosa Nature Reserve (5km) is rich in bird and plant life... an opportunity not to be missed. Water taxi and small boat trips are plentiful.
Golf
Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the West, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 20 mins of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 mins further on. To the East, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta de Ria are within 30 minutes and Castro Marim a further 15 minutes on.
Travel
Faro Airport - 20 Minutes. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
Sao Bras is within 10 minutes walk, which houses the Algarve tourist office, located in the town square. This is a fast developing town often holding art exhibitions and famous for its Easter festival. With coffee shops, restaurants, cinema, local museum, pharmacies and amazing bakery, fish market, shoe shops, clothes shops, supermarkets and banks.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A breakages deposit of £100 (payable with your balance) is required and totally refundable at the end of your holiday.
