Newly built light and spacious 5th floor apartment with a south facing balcony, lift and basement garage. The apartments in this block are mostly permanently residential (many still unoccupied), so it is quieter than those in tourist areas. It is only 10 minutes walk to the large beach at Praia da Rocha, which is terrific and looks exactly as you would expect an Algarve beach to look. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants all within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The apartment will usually be ready from 2pm onwards and should be vacated by 10am, but this may be flexible with prior arrangement.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both room have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Lounge with double sofa-bed. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, wc, wasbasin and bidet. Bathroom 2 with shower, wc wash basin and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen fully equipped including cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room is bright and spacious furnished in a light modern decor. There is a 3 seater sofa and double sofa bed, lounger chair, TV, DVD, music player for CD and radio. patio doors lead onto a sunny south facing balcony and air conditioning. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Please note beach towels are not provided. |

Coast/Beach
The large beach of Praia da Rocha is only a 10 minutes walk away. There are several other beaches nearby.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential, but worthwhile for exploring more of the Algarve. Local taxis are available. If you want to hire a car we recommend hiring online prior to travel. Most of the major hire firms are represented at Faro airport.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of 25% upon booking. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival, together with £150 damages deposit which is refunded shortly after departure, provided there are no damages.
