Pomar Velho is an 18th Century, fully renovated traditional farmhouse, situated in the São Mamede Natural Park, close to the Spanish frontier. It stands in its own grounds and terraces with fruit and olive trees and a small stream burbling through, close to the small hamlet of Galegos. This charming house is waiting to welcome golfers, walkers, bird watchers, history lovers and those who simply wish to relax and enjoy the scenery. The stone house is cool in summer, cosy in winter with its wood burning stoves and central heating.
