This property is in a lovely area of the old village in Vilamoura it is approx 1400 sq ft with 3 bedrooms it is 20 mins walk to the beach and it is beside Pinhal golf course and 5 minutes to the Old course. It has its own pool the villa is 5 minutes walk from the new Hilton hotel and the tourist train passes the door.

Outside
There is a small balcony at the front of the house, outside in the back there is a pool, approx 8ft by 20ft. The deepest point is about 6ft deep, and table chairs. The pool is private. It is cleaned on a regular basis.
Coast/Beach
Walking to the beach will take about 20 minutes, in a car about 5 minutes. The beach is just beside the Tivoli Marina Hotel, it is a beautiful beach and there is a choice of sun lounges and even 4 poster beds on the beach.
Golf
The villa is beside Pinhal golf course, about 5 minutes in a car and you will be any of the three local courses, Old Course, Laguna and Millenium.
Travel
The airport you will arrive at is Faro airport it is about 20 to 25 minutes to the villa. The use of a car would be helpful, I use a company travelrent.pt to hire a car but there is a good taxi service and they are very reasonable about €35 from the airport to the villa. From the villa to the marina or beach is €5.
Distances
Albufeira is about 30 minutes away. There is a large retail park with a massive foodhall heading towards Portimao, about 35 minutes from the villa.
Further details
There is a small supermarket in the Old Village and restaurants and pubs, there are banks in the marina ,the Hilton hotel is 5 mins walk. Willies restaurant is beside the Hilton and it is the only Michelin star in Vilamoura.
