Casa Vanessa is situated in a quiet residential area. Detached villa with beautiful mountain view, furnished and equipped to very high standards. 3 double bedrooms fitted with wardrobes, all of which are en-suite. Two upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony. The villa has Satellite TV, air-conditioning, fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen. At the condominium there are a kids swimming pool, adult swimming pool and tennis court. Faro airport is only 30 minutes driving. Transfers from and to the airport are very easy by bus or taxi. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros and are also to be payed in Euros. Please use the currency conversion to see the price in GBP. Due to the excellent sunshine record on the Algarve this is an ideal long term winter destination. The villa offers both air conditioning and heating. We offer a great rate for long term from 4 weeks or more so please ask for more details.
Changeover day
Prefered changeover day is saturday but can be dicussed. The villa is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.

Towels and linen are included. Please bring your own pool towels. Our housekeeper will clean the villa prior to your arrival and at departure. If you are staying for 2 weeks or more, linnen and towels will be changed every week. |
Notes on accommodation
Casa Vanessa is available all year round for families, couples or professionals; we also consider long winter stays. Air conditioning included in 2 upper bedrooms and lounge. This also provides heating in winter if required. The villa is newly build and everything inside is also brand new. In the 2 upper bedrooms we provide also a travelling bed for children upto 2 or 3 years old. The downstairs can also be considered as a playing room with 2nd sitting area, real size pool table, second TV with Pllaystation 2 and electronic darts. All rooms do have electric shutters. Outside
From the living room you can enter the patio. Here you will find a nice garden table with 6 chairs. On the patio did install a barbeque. From this patio you can go straight into the chaired garden, swimming pools and tennis court. At the swimming pool you will find a shower. Also nice chairs are provided to enjoy the Portuguese sun at the swimming pool side.
Coast/Beach
Albufeira beach is only a 5 min drive from the villa or a pleasant 20 min walk. Albufeira marina is a 10 min drive.
Golf
Nearest golf course is a 15 min drive at Salgados. Academias de Pine Cliffs. Within a region of 20 km you will find many more golf courses such as Villamoura etc.
Travel
Faro Airport is the closest 35 km or only 30 min drive.
Distances
In a region of 20km you will find several nice towns that are interesting to visit. You can f.e. visit Silves or Portimao. At 5 minutes drive you will find The Algarve Shopping Center with lots of shops, a movie theatre, bowling etc.
Further details
Nearest restaurant, supermarket are a 5 min walk. Other shops, banks etc, are in the centre of Albufeira. Albufeira shopping is a very pleasant experience. Zoo marine at Guia is also worth a visit, especially for children.
Booking notes
Long term rental rates are available on request. Availability all year and change over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional 200 Euro damage deposit has to be paid with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection. Prices inclusive of all utilities. The villa is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.
