With 2 small children of our own, we designed this villa to be safe and secure for families. Our interior designer enhanced the luxurious feel of the villa which boasts climate control air conditioning and heating. Our fully equipped, top of the range kitchen and 42’ plasma TV with Sky are just a couple of examples the high standard of the villa. The 4 bedrooms are all of a decent size and the 3 bathrooms are luxurious and marbled throughout. The large lounge directly overlooks the pool which means that supervision is a breeze. If you seek a tranquil siesta in the sun, the roof terrace is perfect. It's ideal for BBQs, sunset cocktails and starry nights with a bottle of vino verde!

Notes on prices
We are flexible on changeover days out of season. Where a stay crosses two pricing periods the rate will be proportional to each season calculated on a nightly basis. Discounts for long winter lets. Book before 31 January 2008 and save 10%.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover during July/August, but we are more flexible out of season. guests are reminded that check out times are as follows:- leaving 10.00am - coming in 2.00pm. call Lyn on + 351 966 878 622 for anything different.

| Other: | There is a large roof garden with panoramic views over the open countryside and sea. This is a very private area and remains a real sun trap during the evening and on rare inclement days. |

The villa comes with all linen which is changed weekly including towels. Maid service can be arranged at a supplement. |

The whole plot is gated from a very quiet local road. This means that kids or pets are always within view and secure from the outside world.

Accessibility
This property has stairs to the upper floor and is this not ideal for the disabled. However, one bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, ideal for persons with limited mobility. There are no steps between the lounge, pool or downstairs bedroom making it wheelchair friendly.
Outside
There is always a sunny spot where you can catch the rays or an alternative shady spot if required. The pool surrounds have be fitted with special non slip surfaces which is typical of the attention to detail than went into the design and build of the lovely villa.
Coast/Beach
Praia Verde beach is considered to be one of the best beaches in the Algarve because of it's extensive sands. Even on a Sunday in mid August you don't feel overcrowded.
Golf
There a 4 fantastic course within a short drive. This being the Eastern Algarve, green fees are more reasonable than many Western Algarve courses.
Travel
It's a 25 min (mainly motorway) drive from Faro airport. The villa is easy to find and convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Distances
There is a nearby bridge to Spain and a visit across the invisible border is recommended.
Booking notes
A non refundable 25% deposit is required with 7 days of reserving the villa. The Final non refundable balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Guest comments
As the villa is new this season, only friends and relatives have been our guests. Without exception they all loved it, and gave us invaluable feedback regarding detail which we have acted upon. You can therefore rest assured there won't be any missing bits and pieces.
