Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. You will be asked to vacate the Villa by 10am on the morning of your departure if there are follow on guests.

Split level comfortable lounge/dining area with leather sofas coffee table, wall units, TV,CD/ radio, wood burning stove. Doors leading to outside balcony with large marble table for that al fresco dining. Air conditioned dining area with table & chairs. |
Cleaning/towels/

All bed linen provided and towels. These are changed once a week. if required more often then a small charge is required. Beach towels are available on request for 2 euros each per week |

Accessibility
There is ample off road parking at the property. This property is not suited for people with wheelchairs.
Outside
The large pool 12mtrs x 5mtrs with steps at good sized shallow end, is surrounded with a patio area two BBQ's,and is totally private. There is also a Pool en-suite with shower, wc, & washbasin.
A covered dining area for those really hot and sunny days. For those who want to escape the heat of the day there is a shaded patio, accessed from the air conditioned dinning area of the villa.
Coast/Beach
There are excellent beaches nearby. The most famous is Ilha de Tavira, which you can only reach by ferry, also Cabanas beach. Priara Verde with its many pine trees and Mota Rota beaches have direct access. All beaches have fabulous golden sands where you can relax or enjoy walking for miles.
Golf
There are several golf courses within minutes drive to choose from: Colina Verde, Benamor golf, Quinta da Ria Quinta de Cima, and the new Jack Nicklaus course Monte Rei to name a few.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport. Approx 1 hour drive to villa. A car is essential.
Distances
Faro 40km. Tavira 09km. Beach 10km. Nearest restaurant 4km.
Golf 12km.
Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of 30% is required on booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If arriving after 6pm hours a surcharge of 15 euros is required. If arriving after 10pm a surcharge of 25 euros is required.
