This splendid apartment is on the fifth floor of a late nineteenth century building (with elevator), just a few steps from Chiado and Bairro Alto, in the middle of an area which is full of shops, restaurants, and everything needed to guarantee a pleasant stay. The elegantly remodeled apartment is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests with four bedrooms and three baths. The Boavista Apartment is air conditioned in every room. Charmly location just two steps from the bottom end of Bica Funicular (1892) which is the only stepped street funicular in the city. It climbs for 245 meters and you can catch tram 28 which runs past the top end at Calhariz district.

Changeover day
Unless otherwise agreed, clients should arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure. Extra €25 euros will be charged for late check-in between 7 and 8am, if you arrive sooner you can deposit your luggage.

Golf
Boasting springtime temperatures during the winter and cool summers freshened by a breeze blowing in from the Atlantic, Lisbon, on the southwestern coast, offers a rich and impressively integrated diversity of Golf Courses near by. The best are Golf Quinta do Peru in Azeitão crossing the Tagus river 40m;Troia Golfe in Troia peninsula (you can reach it by boat from Setubal 1h - it is a wonderful trip);Penha Longa in Sintra 30m; Oitavos (Quinta da Marinha) in Cascais/Guincho 30m; Aroeira near the coast of Caparica 45m.
Travel
Aerobus operate daily between 7.45 a.m. and 8.45 p.m., comfortable buses connect Lisbon Airport to the city center every 20 minutes (Line 91, Carris). The ticket can be bought in the bus and is valid for the city bus, tram and funiculars including Santa Justa lift on the same day.1 Day € 2,35 and 3 Days € 5,65. For those who prefer, Lisbon Tourism Office (Associação de Turismo de Lisboa) located in the Airport arrivals offers pre-paid taxi rides.
Distances
Sintra (30m) is a tourist region par excellence, it is one of the most delightful places to be found in Portugal. Serra da Arrabida (50m) along the coast between Setúbal and Sesimbra, you find one of the most beautiful coast you can see in Portugal, between the sandy beaches and clear water with impressive views. Òbidos (100 km north of Lisbon) once the wedding present of a queen, the preserved medieval town of Óbidos is without doubt one of Portugal's most classic walled settlements.

If you are booking more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental, a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining 80% of the amount is due 8 weeks before the rental. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the start of the rental, the full amount is due at booking. Refundable deposit required 300€. Minimum stay 3 nights.
