Large terraces with sun blinds, swimming pool 10m x 5m which is in a lovely sunny position and is very private and not overlooked at all, there is a shower by the pool. Outside furniture with sun beds and parasols. Ample parking spaces. The garden and pool are lit at night.

Some of the finest beaches are located 15 mins drive away.
Golf
Golf Courses: this property is located 20 mins drive from some of the best golf courses in Europe, Moncarapacho is the nearest also Benamor and Castro Marim about 40mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
There is a horse riding school nearby, also tennis courts.
Travel
The international airport of Faro (18kms) is 20 mins drive away, car hire is essential.

Dates can be reserved while you confirm your flights etc. A 20% deposit is payable on booking and balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make full payment on time will result in loss of your booking and deposit paid. Damage/breakage deposit of £150 required when balance paid (refundable).
