Large terraces with sun blinds,newly renovated swimming pool (with cover)10m x 5m which is in a lovely sunny position and is very private and not overlooked at all, there is a shower by the pool. Outside furniture with sun beds and parasols. Ample parking spaces. The garden and pool are lit at night.

Some of the finest beaches are located 15 mins drive away.
Golf
Golf Courses: this property is located 20 mins drive from some of the best golf courses in Europe, Moncarapacho is the nearest also Benamor and Castro Marim about 40mins drive away.

There is a horse riding school nearby, also tennis courts.
Travel
The international airport of Faro (18kms) is 20 mins drive away, car hire is essential.

Daily shopping needs can be met in the village with a well stocked mini market(English speaking) also a local bar/cafe. This is 2 mins drive away or 15 mins walk!

Booking notes
Dates can be reserved while you confirm your flights etc. A 20% deposit is payable on booking and balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make full payment on time will result in loss of your booking and deposit paid. Damage/breakage deposit of £150 required when balance paid (refundable). Guests will be required to complete a booking form detailing ALL occupants.
