This comfortable 3 bedroom villa with large private pool is situated in Vale Do Garrao, a small and well planned development, lying directly between Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago. Vale Do Garrao consists of villas and townhouses set amongst African pine trees and landscape gardens. The beach is just about 1km away and can be reached by walking through the pine trees or by road which takes you down to the ocean. You will find a large selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all close by.

Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Saturday, the villa will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until
10:00 on the departure day.
This can be flexible depending on existing bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has heating and fans in all rooms. This villa and pool over the years has accommodated many families with children, the pool has been a starter for many children learning to swim.
The garden has fruit trees and is well maintained.
The pool is aways kept very clean on a weekly basis.

Accessibility
The villa is on 2 floors but the main part of the villa is on the ground floor.
Spacious doorways and windows should make wheelchair access straightforward.
There are small steps into the villa but not a problem for a wheelchair.
Outside
The outside area has a kidney shaped pool surrounded by garden. Six colourful sun loungers around the private pool.
A white table and six chairs undercover to enjoy eating al fresco. The garden is surrounded by exotic plants and trees.
Very private.
Coast/Beach
The villa is about 1km from the beach, a gentle stroll through the pine trees takes you to a beautiful long beach that is very rarely busy. The beach restaurants are plentiful with some of the best fish on offer. In high season the beach has an abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas.
Vale Do Lobo the next resort has many quality shops, restaurants and crazy golf.
Golf
Villa Joale is a detached property with probably more golf courses within 5 miles than most places.
Travel
Faro airport is a mere 20 minute drive. Car hire is recommended to get the most from your stay. All major car hire companies are represented at Faro airport.
Distances
The nearest town is Almancil, 15 minutes drive from the villa, everything you need is there, supermarkets, shops, post office, banks a go-cart track etc.
The resort that is in walking distance is Dunas Dorados, there is a restaurant, pool, small supermarket and tennis.
Again walking distance is Roger Taylor tennis centre.

The owner is an agent for HolidayAutos car hire and will give 10% discount to clients renting Villa Joale.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required with all bookings with the balance being payable in full 10 weeks before departure. Any bookings made within 10 weeks of departure are immediately payable in full.
A £300 security deposit is payable with the balance and is refundable within 14 days of departure. Less any damage costs.
