Casa Mimosa is a luxury, new 4 bedroom townhouse located next to the Val De Milho 9 hole golf course in Carvoeiro, Western Algarve. The townhouse is onlyone of ten built in 2007 to luxury specification surrounding a private pool. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and master has en-suite jacuzzi bathroom and a balcony area. We have just set up a games room with a full size table tennis and board games. Also Unlimited Golf for 2 persons anytime at Vale do Milho Golf.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of excellent beaches nearby with the nearest about 20 minutes walk away.
Golf
Casa Mimosa is situated next to, and has views over the 9 hole Val De Milho golf course. Val De Milho is a picturesque golf course which is a good test with the longest hole about 170 yards. There are also two quality full 18 hole courses on the Pestana complex about 15 minutes drive away (called Pinta and Gramacho).
Travel
Fly into Faro which is about 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
The quaint fishing town of Carvoeiro is 1.5km away.

My name is Alan Ross and I have owned Casa Mimosa for several years. It was chosen for the ideal location for touring the Algarve, golf courses and beaches. My family and I holiday here regularly and enjoy sharing the adjacent nine-hole golf course, which you can play in a short space of time and still have the rest of the day for other pursuits.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had had two smaller properties in this area and wanted to upgrade to a larger dwelling in a better location with the adjacent golf facility and benefit of a shared pool. The spectacular views also helped!
