Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but we will try and be flexible where possible.

| Utility Room: | The Utility room contains iron, ironing board, clothes horse, sweeping brush, mop and bucket. |
| Living Rooms: | Large open plan Dining room / Living room with AC and patio door leading to balcony, two double leather pull out sofa beds, full size formal dining table (seats 6) Cable TV, DVD, stereo, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and homely. |

All towels and bedlinen are provided and are changed weekly. Should a mid week service be required we can arrange this at a cost to tenant. Please provide your own beach towels. |

Notes on accommodation
This is a ground floor apartment, very suitable and safe for younger children. It is kitted out to a very high standard of which we are proud. Fully air-conditioned. All mod cons.
Accessibility
This is a wheelchair friendly apartment situated on ground floor level with easy access to the Swimming Pool. There is lift access from the underground Car Park.
Outside
There is a very large garden to the rear of the apartment and adjacent to the swimming pool. The Pool is exclusively for the use of the 17 apartments in the Complex.
We have provided Sun loungers for your use.
Across the road from the apartment is a large park with children's playground.
Coast/Beach
Alvor beach - a most beautiful wide beach is just a 20 minute walk and a 4 minute drive away, and is popular for water sports. There are other equally beautiful beaches in nearby Praia da Rocha, Praia do Vau and Prainha.
Golf
The Algarve is a top golfing location and our Apartment is ideally located for Golfing. The Alto Golf Course and Country Club is a short walk away and boasts excellent golfing facilities and tuition. Other nearby courses include The Penina Golf Course, Boavista Golf, Pinta and Gramacho.
Travel
Alvor is just a 45 minute drive (60km) from Faro International Airport. Flying to Lisbon or Seville is also an option and both Airports involve a 3 hour drive.
We would recommend you hire a car but taxi pick-ups can be easily arranged on request.
Distances
Alvor is the nearest village - a beautiful unspoilt fishing village with lots of wonderful restaurants and amenities. It is a 20 min walk/ 4 min drive.
Portimao is the nearest town and has shops, retail parks, large supermarkets, banks etc. It is a 10 min drive.
Further details
Alvor is a beautiful holiday destination and our Apartment is ideally located for you to enjoy maximum benefits. The facilities are excellent and just across the road you have access to mini mart, newsagent, hair and beauty salon, playground and cafes.
Alvor itself has a super selection of restaurants and bars. The fish restaurants down at the harbour are a must.
We have left details of restaurants we would recommend in the Apartment and that may be of help.
There are Waterparks nearby and Zoo Marine provides a wonderful day out for all the family with its Dolphin/Seal Shows and endless rides and amusements.
The mountain town of Monchique provides spectacular views of the Algarve.
Karting, Bowling, Parachuting are also available.
There is a hospital just 2 min drive from the Apartment.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed.
Booking notes
The Apartment is available from March 2008.
An initial Booking Fee of 200 Euro is required to secure your booking. The Balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday date, plus a 200 Euro refundable Security Deposit (this will be refunded to you after the Apartment has been inspected)
When the Balance has been paid we will forward you all details and directions.
You will be met on arrival by our representative.
