It can be reached in under an hour from Lisbon airport and lies 10 mins walk from the beach with 3 superb golf courses within 20 mins. The town’s location offers excellent access to watersports both in the tempestuous Atlantic for surfing or boogieboarding or in the Obidos Lagoon which offers a calm and shallow alternative, perfect for bathing, canoeing, windsurfing and even kitesurfing at the nearby club.

Accessibility
Bedroom 3, plus shower room is located on the ground floor. Access to the villa is down a steep slope.
Outside
The villa has a private outdoor area with BBQ, with plenty of room for al fresco dining (garden furniture and provided). The patio leads onto the shared pool area (shared with 3 other properties).
Coast/Beach
Foz Do Arehlo's superb beach is just a 10 mins walk from the villa. The beach boasts a large area stretching along the ocean and into the mouth of the lagoon. There is also plenty of parking along the waterfront with restaurants and bars. The Silver Coast offers a number of beaches, including Baleal beach, which is world famous for its surfing, all within a short drive.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey golf course (voted European Golf Resort of the year 2007) is 30 mins drive away. Atlantico golf course is about 30 mins drive away in Peniche and the Golden Eagle (Quinta de Briçal) is in nearby Rio Maior.

Travel
Lisbon Airport 81km (50 mins). Porto Airport 3 hours. Car hire is not essential, but to fully appreciate this area, it is recommended. We can also put you in contact with airport transfer service.
Distances
The villa is only a 2 mins walk from the centre of Foz Do Arehlo, which has mini-market, ATM, butchers, bakery and pharmacy. Caldas da Rainha is 15 mins drive. The stunning medieval village of Obidos is 15 mins drive and the fishing village of Nazare is 30 mins. The attractive coastal resorts of Salir do Porto and Sao Martinho do Porto are also a short drive away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking, the balance being due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 6 weeks of booking then full payment should accompany the booking form. We can arrange joint bookings with the owners of the other 2 rented villas in the condominium if you need accommodation for more than 6 people.
