Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred as changeover day but negotiable depending on time of year. Villa will be ready by 2pm and should be vacated by 10am.

The whole house has underfloor heating throughout and in the lounge is a log burner to warm you in those winter evenings after playing golf.

Accessibility
The villa is fully accessible to wheelchair users throughout the whole of the ground floor.
Outside
Walk out of the villa onto the large sun terrace, covered terrace (with 'Oz Sail' shade to get away from the heat) and gorgeous, heated 12m x 6m infinity pool. Adjacent to the pool is an enclosed shower to wash and cool off. For those balmy summer evenings, a brick built BBQ, separate gas cooker, and hot and cold running water is next to the pergola and eating area. The sun terrace has more than enough outdoor furniture and beds for all to enjoy the Portuguese sun to the fullest. Pool towels supplied. The whole terrace and pool area is fully enclosed with gates and ballustrading to ensure the little ones don't go astray.
Coast/Beach
The unspoilt Eastern Algarve has grown in popularity amongst those who still enjoy exploring the traditional part of this sun-drenched area of Portugal. This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (15km west) and Monte Gordo (12km east), there are 5 Blue Flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is 15 minutes drive from the villa. When you come, you will understand why this area is where the Portuguese come to spend their holidays.
Golf
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. The Eastern Algarve has now started to tap into the golf market and has created some fabulous courses, such as the Jack Nicklaus designed Monte –Rei Golf Club, just 5 minutes from the villa. Within 20 mins of the villa are the following courses: Monte Rei Golf Club (5 minutes). Castro Marim Golf Club (20 minutes). Benamor Golf Club (20 minutes). Quinta de Ria Golf Club (15 minutes). Quinta de Cima Golf Club (15 minutes).

Special interest holidays
The villa itself is on the edge of a large nature reserve, which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities. Many visitors to the area also come for the scenery, walking and bird spotting.
Travel
We advise you to rent a car for your stay at Villa Paraiso. The airport of Faro is a 45-minute drive away and the villa is only 20km from the Spanish border. The Spanish city of Seville is a 120km drive.

Booking notes
We request a down payment of 30% of the total rental price to make the booking definite, balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks before arrival, the balance is payable in full. Directions and information pack are provided on receipt of final payment. Guests collect the key from our British property managers who live on route, around 5 minutes from the villa.
