This beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is built to the highest standards and is located in the Viamar complex in a quiet area of Vilamoura, just 25 minutes from Faro airport. The complex has a beautiful private garden with swimming pool and children's pool. Vilamoura's 5 prestigious golf courses are within 5 mins drive. The marina with it's international restaurants, cafe's, bars, casino, night club, boutiques and shops is 10-15 minutes walk. The magnificent Falesia beach is within 15 minutes walk and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday although different days will be considered.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with table and 2 chairs, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, crockery, cutlery etc. Patio doors to balcony with electric shutters.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with 1 double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, dining table and 4 chairs, wide screen TV, satellite, armoire and coffee table. Patio doors to balcony with electric shutters.
Other: Hallway includes ample wardrobe requirements. Large balcony overlooking pool areas. 2 sun loungers, balcony table and 4 chairs with parasol.

Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Beach towels are not supplied.

Notes on accommodation
Also included: 2 loungers and 2 lounging mats. A cot and highchair are available for hire. A Welcome Pack Inc: Milk, Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Cheese etc. can be provided if necessary.
Pets not accepted.

Outside
A ground floor balcony extends the entire length of the apartment, with it's own built in BBQ and patio furniture for 4 people, receives the sunshine until well into the evening time (calendar dependent but maximised at high season). An ideal place for that relaxing breakfast, lunch or BBQ.

Coast/Beach
Vilamoura has Aqua Parks and the beautiful Falesia and Marina beaches. Zoo Marine water park with dolphins etc. is within 30 mins drive or you can arrange to be collected by coach when booking.

Golf
Vilamoura has 5 prestigious golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment which includes the Portuguese PGA championship course.

Travel
A car is not absolutely essential for Vilamoura itself, however it would be an advantage to golfers, those with young children and those wishing to visit some of the surrounding areas.

Distances
Faro airport is 25 minutes drive. Taxi's to/from the airport should cost about 20-25 euro. The nearby town of Quarteira has a daily fish market and a general market every Wednesday and is easily reached by bus or a taxi will cost just 5 euro. The inland town of Loule which is 15 minutes by car has a popular food market every Saturday morning.

Further details
Local amenities include: Europe's largest marina, big game fishing, beach fishing, boat trips, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, lawn bowls, horse riding, aqua parks, casino, night club, excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops and good family night life. At the Casino you can enjoy excellent West End type shows with or without a meal at very reasonable prices.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the balance must be paid at least 60 days before arrival.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the apartment was fantastic. I would recommend it and if we go back to the Algarve will certainly contact you as we would love to stay there again.
