The apartment benefits from proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops, watersports, boat trips, cycle hire, cinema, supermarkets and sandy beaches. Very close to the Lake Resort and Spa if you require some pampering! It is a short car drive to the famous golf courses, including Victoria. There is a large swimming pool, gardens with sunbeds and 2 tennis courts, which are for the use of residents only. There is 24 hour security around the marina. Secure underground parking for 1 car. The apartment can be accessed either by stairs or a lift.

Changeover day
This is flexible depending on occupancy, please liase with Andy, otherwise, arrival time 4pm and departure time 10am.

Linen and towels are included. Extra linen and cleaning can be arranged locally with Andy (my manager) at extra cost. |
