Notes on prices
Our prices include air-conditioning and heating. €40 supplement per person per week above eight persons (max 10/11).
A refundable €300 security deposit (incidentals and exceptional cleaning) is required at time of booking or on final payment. We can accept payments by cheque, bank transfer and PayPal. Additional charges may apply.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, but all requests will be considered and we will try to suit our guests requirements.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning/heating units included. Open fireplace in the living room. Suitable for families, couples, children, golfers and groups of all ages. Accommodation is fenced in, alarmed and is secure for children.

Private pool is 6 X 3 m with depths of 2.5m and 1.5m, terrace, outdoor BBQ, ample parking, large balcony, and private sun roof terrrace, which is ideal for sun bathing.
Coast/Beach
Amongst the selection of many beautiful beaches this part of the Algarve has to offer, Fuzeta beach is a sure family favourite. Being only 1km from the villa, Fuzeta is easily reached and comprises a tidal river bordered with colourful fishing boats and pavement cafes; leading up to the estuary which has a sand beach and beach house where one can catch the small ferry boat which regularly crosses over the small stretch to a large, clean sandy coast.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the Eastern Algarve region, including Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima, Benamor, Castro Marim and Colina Verde all within 20 - 25 minutes drive. Golf-courses in Vilamoura area are a 40 minute drive away.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, a 20 - 30 minute drive away. Flights to Fronteira de Jerez are available and often cheaper, though car hire is necessary as public transport to Portugal is not easy. Lisbon is around 3 hours away and Seville around 2 hours drive.
Distances
Fuzeta town is within 5 minutes walk. The town of Olhao is 6km away, Faro 15km, Tavira 12km and Montcarapacho 2.2km.

The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the villa, beside the train station - Fuzeta A. Fuzeta has several supermarkets, ATM, restaurants, shops banks and weekly fish markets.
Booking notes
Prices are based on 8 person occupancy. €40 supplement per person per week above eight persons (max 10/11). We require 30% of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within 2 weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival. We will acknowledge arrival of funds by email and on payment of the balance, up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
