'Casa Cariblue' is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa. It is immaculately finished and has a stunning elevated location with views to the coast and countryside. It is an ideal house for families with older children and golfing parties. It is not suitable for younger children due to a couple of areas of the terrace which, due to the elevated position, could be dangerous. Located in quiet cul-de-sac within minutes of beach, golf, tennis, horse riding and vast range of restaurants nearby. It is also available for shorter 3/4 night rentals out of the school holiday periods.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has gas central heating which makes it warm and comfortable during cooler months. There are air cooling units in the bedrooms if necessary for any very hot nights in the summer, though due to its elevated position there is a lovely cool breeze. The road runs parallel with the 10th fairway of the Ocean course. There are mosquito screens and shutters on all bedroom and living doors.

Accessibility
Our villa would not be suitable for anyone needing to use a wheelchair as there are a number of steps to climb.
Outside
Swimming pool with wonderful views. Large terraces surround the property giving the benefit of sun or shade. Sun loungers, teak dining table with matching chairs on one terrace and an oval white dining table and chairs on another. Gas fired BBQ. A very large green sun umbrella. Terraces outside the two upstairs bedrooms and pretty area outside the downstairs bedroom.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to Vale do Lobo beach and Praca area with shops and restaurants.
Golf
5 minute walk to Vale do Lobo Clubhouse with Ocean and Royal courses. Other courses within a 15 minute drive include Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo, Vilamoura, Vila sol and Pinheiros Altos
Travel
20 mins from Faro International Airport. Car hire recommended. We can provide details of suitable company.
Distances
The town of Almancil is 5 mins away, as is Quinta Shopping with stylish boutiques, cafes and shops. The old town of Faro is 20 mins by car with its cobbled streets and port.
Further details
Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy has 14 tennis courts with many different activities and courses for all ages. Within a 10 mins drive there are many restaurants from rustic Portuguese to Michelin starred. Horse riding, go-karting and watersports available close by.
