The Villa is a beautiful three bedroom villa set in the tranquil Algoz village of central Algarve and approximately a 10-12 minutes drive from Albufeira and its local beaches. It is beautifully furnished with satellite TV, modern kitchen, luscious garden and covered barbecue area. Perfect environment to relax! Either relax by the private pool, enjoy the local walks, cafes, or buy fresh produce from the local market within walking distance. Alternatively, experience the nightlife of Albufeira, famous peri-peri chicken in Guia, AguaShow Family, Algoz Zoo, Algarve Shopping Centre, Zoo Marine or the historical site of Silves just 10 minutes drive away. The villa overlooks the Algoz countryside and the distant Silves mountains. The narrow twisting country roads lead to the local orchards and vineyards Algoz is famous for and some of the popular walks lead to the Algarve zoo, in Algoz.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over day but we can be flexible if necessary. The apartment will be available from 4pm on arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. We will try to accommodate any reasonable variations on these timings.

| Bathrooms: | 2 beautiful, modern bathrooms, both with bath tub/shower, toilet and bidet. Hairdryer is also provided. |
| Kitchen: | Spacious, modern fully fitted kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The large patio doors open onto the veranda with patio furniture overlooking the garden/pool. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and iron and ironing board. A high chair, cot/cot-bed, baby bath and potty are available and must be requested in advance. Fans and heaters are available if required. Hair dryer is also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge with large patio doors open onto the veranda. It also has a dining area with modern furniture. Sofa bed, 28" Flat Screen with Satellite TV, video and DVD player, working fire place for the winter. Lounge has air conditioning. |
| Other: | All bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning/heating. The lounge is comfortably furnished and features satellite TV. Outside is a spacious covered veranda with patio furniture. There is also a pool table and a covered barbecue area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
You will be provided with luxury towels, which will be changed once a week. The bed linen will also be changed weekly. You have to bring your own beach towels. Maid service is provided once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The Lounge and the all the bedrooms have air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter. Electricity is included in the rental rates from April to October. It will be metered and charged separately from November to March. A smoke alarm has been fitted in the living area.

Accessibility
There is one step on entering the Villa from the parking space. The ground floor double bedroom, bathroom, spacious lounge, kitchen and utility room are all on one level. Please note that the bathrooms are not adapted for disabled guests. There is one step between the lounge and veranda and one step between the veranda and garden. There is also one step between the garden and pool.
Outside
The Villa overlooks the Algoz countryside and the distant Silves mountains. The garden is secluded with sun loungers plus sitting and eating area, poolside shower, pool table and a covered barbecue area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with an abundance of trees and flowers. If you wish to be on your own and/or read a book, you have a choice of relaxing on one of the large balconies upstairs, in the veranda downstairs or on the sun loungers by the swimming pool. The Villa benefits from its own private parking space. A Free welcome pack is provided on your arrival. Faro Airport is approximately a 40 minutes drive from the villa. Train ride to Lisbon is around 3 hours and can be caught at Tunes the next stop from Algoz station. Southern Spain is an hour away by car.
Coast/Beach
A number of famous beaches are approximately 15 minutes drive away. These include San Rafael, Gale, Albufeira, Armacao de Pera, and others. There are plenty of cafes and good restaurants on the beach and sun loungers for hire.
Golf
There are an number of Golf Courses within 15-20 minutes drive surrounding the Albufeira area. These include Salgados, Balaia, Pine Cliffs and Villamoura. Golf courses in the Algarve range from Castro Marim in the east right over to Parque da Floresta near the southwestern point. Famed for their quality design and playing conditions, courses in the Algarve can be enjoyed the whole year round thanks to an ideal climate, mostly sunny and warm but moderated by fresh Atlantic breezes. Built in harmony with the natural environment and suitable for golfers of all abilities, the courses afford ideal conditions for golfing holidays. At all the Algarve courses golfers will find the following common amenities: a clubhouse, bar, restaurant, pro shop, hire of equipment such as clubs, trolleys and buggies, and at least one putting-green.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately a 40 minutes drive from the Villa. If you fancy a trip to Spain, it is approximately an hour away. Lisbon is a little less than 3 hours by the fast train from central Algarve.
Distances
You can enjoy walks through the orange groves/vineyards, stop for a coffee in the traditional cafes, shop for fresh produce in the village market or head for the railway station - all ten minutes walk away. Or take a day trip by train and feast your eyes on the Algarve coastline. You can stop at the resort or town of your choice and indulge in either shopping, sunbathing or the myriad of activities. For golf and beach enthusiasts the beaches/golf courses are 15 minutes drive away.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your accommodation is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday must be paid for in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required. This will be returned if there are no breakages or if no excessive cleaning is required. All clients agree to report any damage to the property or its contents as soon as possible during their stay.
