Ideally centred, it is easy walking distance to the expansive natural beaches, local restaurants & cafes. Only minutes to buses & trains leading to all areas of the Algarve & Spain! Explore on foot, by bus/train or car. Bike rentals, tennis, lawn bowling within walking distance. Benamor golf is across road & 6 more superb golf courses are nearby. We have made arrangements for our guests to enjoy the pool, poolside cafe/bar as well at the local resort.

Arrival and departure dates on agreement. Possibly we may not be able to offer access on arrival day until 2pm, or may ask guests to vacate by 10am on departure day, but only if required for changeover/cleaning purposes.

We regret that the apartment is not suitable for pets. Prices quoted are based on 2 person occupancy, please ask for additional person charges. Air-conditioning, if requested is payable on arrival - price 3 GBP per day.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (top) so this property may not be suitable for persons with a mobility problem.
There are three balconies to enjoy those sunny days and warm evenings! One off the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. As well as a BBQ and bistro dining set for al fresco meals, all 3 balconies are perfect for sunny or shady relaxation as well as a superb setting to enjoy the sunsets. Large shade awnings are there for those wishing cool shade.
Cabanas water front is only a short walk away! Join us for spring and summer sun. Anytime is the perfect time to enjoy your get away on the beautiful white sandy beaches and coastline that form part of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. The sand dune beach island is reached by local small boats (5 min ride). This safe 6km long beach has changing facilities, umbrellas, sunbeds and a cafe/bar. It is lifeguard patrolled during the peak season. Off season walk and beach comb this super beach!
A golfer's paradise with 6 quality golf courses within easy reach the nearest, Benamor is across the way. Benamor 5500m par 71. Quinta da Cima 6256m par 72 (voted best course in the Algarve in 2004). Quinta de Ria 6110m par 72. Castro Marim 5466m par 72. Monte Rei 6567m par 72 (Jack Nicklaus Signature). Quinta do Vale 6510ms par 72.
Faro airport 35km. We can organise your airport transfers for you with a local taxi company at a discounted price. Hire car and shuttle service information can be provided on request. Bicycle hire available in the village. Frequent local buses and trains are only 2 minutes walk from the apartment, which makes visiting Tavira, other parts of the Algarve easy. Connections to Seville and other parts of Spain are also convenient.
Faro 35km. Tavira 4km. Spain 20km.Other fishing villages, Fuzeta and Santa Luzia are close by to explore. For painters, photographers, and bird watchers, the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve (adjacent to Cabanas) is rich in bird and plant life... an opportunity not to be missed. Water taxi and small boat trips are plentiful.
The apartment is cleaned to a high standard prior to guests' arrival. Local restaurants are exceptional and not expensive. Outdoor cafes and bars can be found in Conceicao and Cabanas. As well as the daily fresh fish, fruit and vegetable market, other shops include newsagents, supermarket, butchers, pharmacy, post office, bank, bakeries etc. Nearest cash point 50m.
Bookings made more than 2 months prior to arrival require 30% deposit at time of booking, the remainder 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 2 months prior to arrival require a 100% payable at time of booking. We advise guests to cover risk of cancellation in their own holiday insurance. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Last minute deals are negotiable!

I would also like to say how helpful you were taking us to the Supermarket just after we arrived to get some provisions, waited for us and took us back up the road again We were very appreciative of that especially
