A very large 4 bedroom villa to sleep 8 people. Extra children are welcome as there are 2 small fold out beds and travel cots available. Fully air conditioned and very well equipped. The villa is in a quiet area, yet is only a 10 min walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars etc. It is a 25 mins ride from Faro airport by transfer which can be arranged. It has a very large lounge with plasma TV and Sky, dining area with music system, kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher. 4 bedrooms, all en suite with Jacuzzi baths and showers. 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 4th is downstairs. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the lounge. There is a barbecue on the terrace near the pool and a further balcony/terrace off the living and dining room with table and chairs. A wide range of bedding/towels throughout. Tiled floors throughout, thus keeping it cool. This villa is child friendly and highchairs are available. A wet room with toilet is also downstairs.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Winter holidays in the sun for golfers and pensioners are particularly attractive when combined with low cost winter air travel.

Large kitchen with window overlooking garden. Kitchen equipment includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, juicer, toasty maker, microwave and baby steriliser. Large selection of pots, pans and cooking equipment. |

Located next to the kitchen is the utility room. This has access to the garden via the back door. The room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, sweeping brush, clothes airer and pegs, and a vacuum cleaner. |

All towels and linen included except beach/pool towels. If staying in excess of 1 week, there will be a change of towels and linen. This can also be arranged with prior agreement for shorter stays at an extra cost. This also applies to extra maid service. |
Notes on accommodation
All of the air conditioning units can be used to heat the rooms if required. Ideal for the evenings in winter months. The villa is child friendly and highchair, cots, pottys are available upon request. The doors that lead to the pool terrace can be securely locked and also on the terrace there is a gate that will keep children from the pool area. The pool also has an external shower and 8 sunbeds. The villa is fully enclosed with fencing and electric gates. Access is via an intercom with camera.

Accessibility
This property is suitable for wheelchairs. On the ground floor is a twin room with a en suite bathroom. It is easy to access the rest of the villa from this room by wheelchair. The property is wheelchair friendly, with access through the main front door.
Outside
This villa is surrounded by a well maintained lawned and landscaped garden. The garden has various trees and shrubs including orange and lemon trees. The patio area has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The swimming pool is 24 foot by 14 foot. It is accessed via 3 steps into the water and is 3 foot at the shallow end, and 6 foot at the deep end. There is an outdoor shower located next to the pool. 8 sunbeds are around the pool and a further selection of chairs and loungers are on the raised terrace and balconies. A traditional Portugese BBQ is located on the pool terrace.
Coast/Beach
The Oura Beach is a 3/4 minute drive from the villa. The Fisherman’s Beach is a 5 minute drive away from the villa. The villa comes complete with a welcome book full of local amenities, attractions and useful information about the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful sandy beaches can be found in the Algarve with hire a car, which can be arranged at a special rate with collection and drop off at the airport.
Golf
There are lots of golf courses in Portugal and recommendations are available in the villa information pack. An example of some are 6km from Salgados, 20 mins from Vilamoura, 20 mins from Gramacho.
Travel
From Faro airport it is approx. 25 mins ride in a taxi, hire car or airport transfer.
Distances
Old Market Square is approx 7/8 minute drive.
Albufeira town/strip is approx 3/4 minute drive.
Algarve shopping centre approx 10 minute drive.
Theme parks are approx 10 minute drive.
Further details
Local attractions include: Zoo Marine, Crazy World, splash parks, Jeep safari and boat trips. Car hire and transfers can be provided. A welcome pack can also be arranged - this will include a variety of essentials such as milk, bread, tea coffee and juice. Bottled water is recommended for drinking - however the local tap water is safe for boiled drinks. The bottled water in very cheap to buy from all of the local supermarkets.

Please email or telephone me with any booking enquires or queries. There is a 20% deposit to secure reservations, and final payment is 8 weeks before travel. An additional refundable security deposit of £100 is also required with the final payment.
