The apartment is situated in the prestigious Pine Sun Park complex and is maintained to a very high standard. It is ideally situated 300m from the beach. The village square is just across the road, where you have many restaurants, cafes, gift shops, a supermarket with ATM facility, phone box and play area which is suitable for young children. You may walk along the beach to the Vilamoura marina, have a leisurely lunch and stroll back along the cliff tops or cycle back on the low road. It is also next to the Sheraton Algarve hotel with its renowned pine cliffs golf course. The Vilamoura golf courses are 10 mins drive away from the complex. There is a local bus service on a daily basis to Albufeira and Vilamoura. In the square there is a "receptao" where you may book any of the trips or outings that are available in the high season. Once booked a courtesy bus stops at the complex to take clients to and from Zoomarine. A local taxi service is available at very reduced rates.

During the high season we have a preference for Saturday changeovers but this is negotiable depending on bookings.

The lounge cum dining room is a large, bright and spatious. Here you have a TV, DVD and a small library of books suitable for holiday reading, some games and a deck of cards. Patio doors lead onto a balcony with BBQ, table and seating for 4 people. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are supplied. The towels are changed midweek and there is a towel and linen change at the end of each week. The changeover maid service is also included. Should you require extra cleaning this can be arranged as an optional extra. |

Accessibility
The property has wheelchair access by way of ramps to the front door and a lift to the apartment door.
Outside
1 of the swimming pools is within 30m of the front door and can be seen from the bedroom balconies. There is a separate children's pool beside this. Special arm/ankle bracelets must be worn in the high season when in the vicinity of the pool. This enables the pool attendant to check that the facilities are only used by residents and guests of the complex. In the high season drinks and light snacks are available from the pool side bar.
Coast/Beach
Falesia beach is awesome. The colours of the sandstone cliffs contrast with the beautiful blue colour of the sea. It is ideal for strolling along and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.
Travel
Faro airport is 30 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential. By hiring a car you can venture further a field and discover the many quaint villages and sample the excellent cuisine which the Algarve has to offer. Generally the food is excellent and the local Portuguese restaurants in the vicinity of the complex offer amazing value for money.
Booking notes
Deposits of 25% are payable in order to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. If you are booking within 6 weeks then the full amount is due immediately. We also charge 150 euros as a security deposit against breakages or damage to the apartment. This is refunded when everything has been checked after you leave the apartment. Should you wish to make a booking you will be sent a booking form and general information on taxis, etc.
